Had a new replacement A/C-heat pump and air handler installed. Alex and his crew did an excellent job. Very conscientious getting job done correctly making sure no short cuts taken.

These guys are awesome. About a year ago we had trouble with our upstairs AC…we called in the AC companies to check it out and give us estimates. Not only were they the best bid but the technician walked me through exactly what the unit was doing like an HVAC Special Unit Detective as it had accumulated water in the intake duct. His explanation was thorough and deliberate. Ergo, it was decided that the entire unit should be replaced. They did this in under two days and under budget. A year to the day the downstairs unit stopped blowing. They came out, and within the hour, assessed the issue and the detective work followed where it was discovered a piece of electronic hardware had failed. The tech subsequently went back to his shop and secured the defective part, (Pure luck that he had it or, perhaps just a terrific memory, IDK.), replaced it and now I'm sitting cool like a cucumber and he only charged me for diagnosis and labor!! These guys are awesome!!

Alex was great. Came out quickly and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it in 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.Gave me some good advice on maintaining my unit. Thank you!!
