BEWARE!!!! I received a flyer in my mailbox from this company and when my AC stopped working I decided to give them a call to come check out my system. A technician came out, opened up my outside unit and determined my compressor was bad. He went on to tell me that getting the replacement parts necessary would be a nightmare with the supply chain issues happening right now. So he suggested total system replacement... I asked for a ballpark estimate of a replacement of similar quality (Existing system was a TRANE 5 ton unit) and he started off quoting me $32,000!!!! I looked at him and literally laughed out loud as I thanked him for his time. As he was leaving he suggested that I should at least give his proposal consideration so I said sure, email me the estimate which he promised he would. Funny thing is I never heard from the guy again nor received the proposal in writing but I did get constant calls/texts from his company asking if I wanted to move forward with the "proposal" which was never anything in writing and was an absolute joke to begin with. Then I get a final offer for "10% off" which made me really reconsider (NOT!!! lol) because now the estimate was now discounted to $28,800. Since I never saw the actual proposal in writing I have no clue how they could be 3x the price of everyone else in town... maybe they're installing gold plated units that produce rose and lavender scented air for your home? LOL....

Watch out for these guys trying to hustle you and make sure you call at least 1-2 other companies for comparable quotes before you pay them a dime!!!

I had a new air conditioning system installed less than two years ago. Despite numerous visits by the company that installed it, the system never has worked right. Konrad from Air Pros comes in and within 10 minutes identifies the problem, and how to correct it. I'm giving all my business to Air Pros! However, setting up the return appointment didn't go quite as well. First, someone was supposed to come Saturday. However, the appointment wasn't scheduled as promised. When I called to confirm, I was hung up on twice, and then the person who scheduled the appointment for Monday, took down the wrong information, and my Monday appointment got pushed back to Tuesday. Not the best experience. I have no problem with Konrad or José. They did excellent work. My problem is with the office staff.
