I would like yo say that for Christmas I was looking high and low for a iteam at all the Home Depot. They had it but not in a bundle and Yada Yada so they voukdnt help me, honesty it felt like they didn't want to help. Well I've always heard that Northern Tools is expensive. To my surprise they were not they had what I wanted and more for much less. The customs service at all 3 Home Depot locations were hearable No one knows nothing its just the worst and frustrating. At Northern Tool I had the Beat experience ever. I was greater by a man employee at the door very nice people person, the cashier acknowledged me and right away the associated Tonya was the lady that helped me. Man! She was just great and so helpful. I walked out with what I wanted a $20 gift card and a line if credit that gave me another $50 off. I ttakeell you if I ever need to think of going to HD I'm definitely going to Northern Tool. Thank you Tonya and your staff for making it a very pleasant experience and making my Christmas shop that much easier.

I’m giving this a 1 star rating because I just drove all the way over here because their google My Business listing says they close at 8pm, but instead due to Covid, they closed at 6pm. A not so good customer experience. Corporate has the ability to update these listings. If you need the tool I have one for you, just reach out.

I’ll most likely change this rating after having a good experience. But for right now, I’m really annoyed by this experience.

I was very pleased with the service department. Bobby helped me diagnose a problem with my pressure washer in a matter of seconds. He also has a great attitude and goes out of his way to help people. What an asset to this store he is. The other employees I encountered along the way were also pretty nice. It seemed like there was always someone close by to point me in the right direction in this huge store. No hunting for help. I've decided this will be my go-to place for any pressure washer repairs and supplies.

I paid for the Carolina 8 inch steel toe logger and didn't get them. They gave me the plain 8 inch loggers witch where most 40 dollars cheaper. Then argued with me over my refund. I still wanted the boots I just wanted the difference in amounts back. I hadn't worn the boots, still had the Box, and receipt. But once I had spoken with the manager he gave me my refund and store credit no questions asked

On 9/8/2020 I went in to get a part for my trimmer. The service department told me that they could order it(part cost was about$24). I asked the service person how much it would be if they put the part on. She said $40. So I agree to have them put it on. I paid the $40 labor and ask the service person. When is done I only have to pay for the part and she said yes. Almost a month later on 10/8/2020 I get a call that the trimmer was ready. When I picked it up I get charged $52.19. they charged me for labor again.the part was $18. Now I am $92.19 on them putting in a part that cost me $18. I will never go there again.....

Very helpful and friendly staff! When they did not have everything that I needed, they offered to order for me or I could order on line. I saved $50.00 from a discount coupon card I had gotten in the mail the day before.

I have to agree with all who post about customer service!! I just walked out now from here in tears because I was ssooo frustrated. Tiffany the cashier with a nasty attitude and Tim, I assume the manager, rude as can be. Bought a warranty plan, the item malfunctioned and as many here have post, "not there problem"! How can this be if the warranty I bought was from THEM!!

First off I want to thank Ian and Tim for being so nice and helping us resolve our issue fast we bought a bleach pump at the casselberry location when we got home the pump was clearly used when my husband turned it on its side water poured out of it not thinking there was an issue with the pump whe went to hook it up on our trailer and it didn't work at all he took it back to the casselberry location to exchange it since we got the warranty on it and they didn't have another one so they called this location which is an hour from our house we got over here and there was some kind of miscommunication between stores but Ian and Tim came to the rescue and made things right thank you guys if you weren't so far from us we would do all of our shopping here
