Store is well stocked but customer assistance is difficult to obtain.

A pleasant place to shop for tools, equipment and work clothes. Unlike big box stores, employees at NT are knowledgeable about the products they sell.

The store has good staff and was easy to navigate in order to find things and the price is a pretty good too I went with a friend and we both left with a few things

This site was easy to get around. I registered for email specials and got a $5 off coupon too. Thanks for having what I needed.

Let me tell you something about these folks right here : this has to be the most friendly , accommodating , and genuinely helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with of all the tool/equipment supply stores I've patroned to this date. I would only say that once in a blue moon it is difficult to get some attention. Those are not the norm and if you go find an employee the attention is direct until the issue or help needed is addressed and solved. Excellent staff , knowledgeable , very accommodating , a pleasure to shop at this location. 🤟 Keep up the good work .

This was my first visit to a Northern Tool & Equipment retail store. I was very impressed with the knowledgable & helpful staff. I will make this store my go to place from now on!

Love that it's not crazy busy. Found everything except 1 thing asked an older Gentleman for help and we were on our way. Thanks for making the trip quick and easy! Cashier was very sweet too!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible place to do business with…
You get the sense they don’t care about your business but the lack of leadership it is astonishing for a nation wide corporation

Well it's a good thing I went in the store. I had purchased a product online just 2 days ago and I happened to go in the store to see the same item $40 cheaper. The manager hooked it up and made sure I was refunded the difference after showing him the receipt that verified my claim.

The front of stored and dock staff worked like a well oiled machine.

My overall experience including on-line was more efficient and pleasant than expected. Thank you!
