Northern Tool + Equipment

Went to the store only looking for 1 item, while I was browsing, I picked other items that I could find a use in the future. Since I couldn't find the item I was originally looking for, I called a lady to ask her where I could find that one item. She kept walking and totally ignored me. I walked to the front register were a cashier was standing with no customers, I asked him where I could find the item. He said maybe isle 12. Walked over there and I still couldn't find it. I felt neglected so I left the items I had and left the store and just decided to look for the item on Amazon instead and I did find it within seconds. There where about 5 or 6 employees and 2 or 3 customers in the whole store and yet they had no time for the only few people willing to spend money in the store. It's a shame because if they keep ignoring customers, no one would even bother to go to the store, and rather just buy online. This employees don't realize they are only hurting themselves and the company with that attitude. They don't see they are among the lucky ones with a job during this time of crisis. Hopefully some changes are made in this store so it can stay open.

First time at a northern tool. Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a shelving unit. Ended up getting 2 on clearance for the price of 1. An employee brought me a cart and assisted me with loading the cart. They had a nice selection and variety of items. I will definitely go back.

Ordered a Yamaha inverter generator online and picked up in Orlando. Very easy pickup, the generator was up front waiting when we arrived.

The selection is good, pricing reasonable, and the staff generally competent.

Great store, prices, and customer service! I ordered a bunch of yard equipment and home improvement tools online and saved a ton of money compared to every other home improvement store. When I picked up in store, they were so helpful too!

Very interesting tool supply store with good prices and a lot of stuff to hunt out. I am glad they are wearing masks inside and require customers to. Only idiots enter a populated store without a mask ...... these are the same idiots standing less than 6 feet apart and making their "visit" a superspreader event.....thank you Northern Tool!!

First time coming to one of these stores and I will definitely be back! They have really great prices and wide range of tools and little things that will help me finish a few projects I have going. On top of everything else, the staff is really nice and helpful which makes any store better.
