If you want poor customer service and you want to be told by management at the store that it's not their problem, then go here. Otherwise go somewhere else! I have a warranty claim, from the manufacture of a product, that issued a repair at the store, and they told me they're too busy to deal with it and it was my problem.

A lot of good products available for all types of jobs and projects. I'll definitely be back.

The last order I placed never showed other than to pop in and out of my checking account every couple of weeks. Hopefully it was a fluke and order #2 will be successful.

Purchased an item online and went to store to pick it up. They had six of the item on the shelf but because I purchased online they would not let me pick up item until it shipped from warehouse, 7 DAYS! Store pick up DOES NOT mean you can pick up your purchase in the store, it means ONCE THEY SHIP THE ITEM TO THAT STORE YOU CAN GO PICK IT UP INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED.

Since I have to wait now I will be purchasing from somewhere else. What a disappointing experience!

Good selection of tools and equipment for DIY or professionals at a good price. I find their products to be a bit better quality than harbor freight, but still most products are imports.
