My ac system went down a month ago and I try getting someone to come out and fix it. No one would to busy. So I called united air temp and they told me they be out that day give them a couple of hours. They are one of the most reliable companies that stay on top off things and have great customer service I highly recommend them. Today they came for a routine maintenance and Gary was very professional. Thank you

I had repairs done to my toilet. The plumber Joshua was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond! I highly recommend. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and communicative.
Technitian was excellent, curtious, helpful, good salesman for United AirTemp. Sold me needed service instead of lesser costing one that should save us in the long run.
Every 6 months since getting this unit installed in 2019, I have needed someone to come out and service it. It stops working. I have the maintenance plan. This unit was purchased new and I just can't understand why it stops working every 6 months. The earliest anyone can come it is Monday. Of next week and it's not a real appointment, it's an on-call appointment where they can come from 9am to midnight. My dog and I are expected to sit in this 90 degree heat until Monday, maybe, if they have time. What was the point of purchasing a maintenance plan? It's really ridiculous.
This was poor service by United Air Temp. I have two AC units in my home. I explained to the technician that the upstairs AC was not blowing air and the downstairs was blowing air. However, it still needed to be checked. He came back and found a leak. I would have to pay American Home Shield $1350 for the Freon. I told the technician, I needed to call AHS to talk to them about the price OR I could get a new unit in credit through them! Why in the hell would I do that. I called the branch manager, and he explained that the order only had a check of one unit and a heat pump. A heat pump? It may have been an error on AHS part about not putting the other AC unit on the order. However, common sense tells you that we didn’t have a heat pump and we needed the other AC unit checked. I still don’t have air, and of course the part will take two weeks to come in. I just feel like they may have tried to not fix it purposely so we could go with them.
Technician completed annual maintenance on Friday. A/C was operating normal prior to service. Technician stated the the system was okay and left. Saturday morning we noticed that the system wasn't cooling so I called in a service request. The earliest a technician could be back out was today, Monday. Open his arrival it was discovered the condensor cools in the air handling unit was completely iced over. We had not had any issues with the system prior to the service and still don't have a working A/C unit. He's supposed to be back tomorrow so we'll just have to wait and see. We also had the dryer vent cleaned and the technician had to ask where the dryer vent was located???
