Cool Today

Installed a new Carrier Infinity AC system (inside and outside) unit. Install was clean and neat. Installation technicians were awesome and professional. I loved the on-site technicians communication. Duct cleaning has been the best I have seen, like night and day. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to keep calling in to get an update on the UV and Ozone install over the last couple of weeks. Having to do this is frustrating. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new AC!

First let me say Ty Hill was wonderful to meet and learn more about a new HVAC I seriously needed. After research I did and the conversation we had he made me more comfortable with my decision. Answered all my questions in detail along with extra information to cover all areas of my purchase.

Technician Canmore and his partner arrived on schedule. They were both professional and friendly. Casmore went over the work order, paperwork to be signed. They both worked well together, answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and found solutions quickly to a couple issues that popped up during installation. (Due to my home and some oddities it has.) Very happy with the efficiency they resolved the issue and completed everything as promised. I'll be happy to refer family and friends to "Cool Today" for cooling and heating needs. Thank you so very much for your services.

From the beginning of the process with the salesman explaining the different types and quality of our home AC was fantastic. We chose the top of the line unit and so glad we did! Our air handler is in the Attic of our home and the technicians who arrive on time the day of install work through hot conditions without any complaints and utmost professionalism. They went as far as to cleaning our duct system as well and cleaning up after themselves at the end. They even went as far as recoding with paint all of our ceiling plenums for the supply and return duct lines. I will recommend this company's professionalism courtesy experience and equipment to any and all. Thank you it was a pleasure working with your team!

Just wanted to give a shout out for a job well done… Very professional and state of the art equipment..Robert Gonzales of COOL TODAY came to our house to fix an air conditioner problem.. promptly when he said he would be here along with a text with his picture and a phone call..
We thought we would have to buy a new unit but he checked everything and found it was the thermostat..Thank goodness!

Ricardo did an excellent job repairing my aging a/c system. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and arrived as scheduled. At his suggestion, I have a cooling/heating plumbing and electrical care plan with Cool Today now, which is already helping me save money and stay on top of repairs.

Edy was our technician who did our maintenance. He took care of me and explained everything as well as did a great job. He showed me the work he did and the other services that he recommended in getting done.
I loved the scheduling system. I was able to select a day and timeframe that worked with my schedule. When it came to knowing a time on when the technician was on his way, there was a text message with a link that showed the technician’s name and a map with his location as well as an estimated arrival time. Awesome system!

I have to give Kudos for Chris Lucas and his manager Oscar! They went out of their way to get my AC system serviced for the summer heat. I highly recommend Cool Today! They will not let you down. Our tech, Edy Cordero was very honest and found our system in good shape and cleaned it as well.

Excellent Experience- Albert was very professional, took his time to carefully inspect the equipment and gave us several options, all explained in detail. He called ahead and arrived on time, was knowledgeable and aware, had safety as a top priority and was extremely kind and respectful. Quotes were competitive and warranty options better than other AC companies we have considered - Would recommend 100%!

Very knowledgable tech, courteous, professional, explained everything well, answered all our questions, showed us the gauge readings amp draw, psi, pic of how dirty our coils are, what our options are. Well worth the price of having him out. Plus the company sent the tech out the same day I called in. Unheard of for peak busy season July in Orlando.
