Technician was on time, was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and made sure I understood what he did and showed me problems things that will have to be taken care of in the near future. I highly recommend Cool Today.

Edy was great, He was professional and courteous. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He worked carefully and did his job step-by-step explaining things as he went along. He told me about the Total Care program with Cool Today. Everything in the world is expensive today. So I can't comment on the cost but what I can comment on is When I call in to make an appointment I always am able to talk to someone. The technicians who come out are always experienced and on time and they show up!! They have always done
Right by us and given us great service. No complaints from our end. Would use them again and again.

Chris showed up on time and did a great job reviewing our system. Made some helpful recommendations on some things to help improve our AC performance and longevity. He then did an excellent job performing that work, communicating what was done, and showing me as well. Really appreciated his effort and great communication through the whole visit. Would be happy to have him back for any future needs we would have.

Update- I just got a sincere apology from the company and they added extra service. This was handled exactly right. Customer service is much appreciated.
I paid $14k and It took 3 visits to get what I paid for.

Cool today were contacted via Home Depot. They arrived promptly and completed the repair in a single visit as they were carrying the required spare.

A/C went out overnight right before an anticipated 96 degree day. I called first thing and because we have the TotalCare Today maintenance plan, we were guaranteed a four hour response time. As promised, the tech showed up and had us up and running before noon. Can’t express how happy that made me! The maintenance plan was more than invaluable for this situation. Thank you!!

My Home is about 26 years old. This past year has been a pleasant experience working with the professional, personable, highly, skilled Tech Team from CoolToday. One stop install or repair; the work is performed by a Tech trained/experienced in that specific area. The work is performed promptly. The Annual Maintenance Program is the best! I had the following jobs completed: Electric panel box install, new bathroom Exhaust Fans with lights, new chair height, Low flow water Toilets save water cost when flushed. IT WORKS.
