Cool Today

Today we had the perfect troubleshooting visit by Jeff Peterson an HVAC tech from Cool Today. Jeff was thorough, knowledgable, and informative. He quickly diagnosed and solved the cause of light flickering due to excessive start-up amperage to activate our condenser motor and installed a compressor saver circuit to limit power surge every time the outdoor compressor was activated. This will save us money on electricity and extend the life of the compressor and system. I am very pleased.

Cool today has been a very simple and professional company to use. Even when I had a slight concern, they were open to my feedback and made everything right. That’s what I look for in customer service. So much so, I have already referred them to others.

Albert is the man! I’m grumpy in the heat, but he’s not. He identified several issues with our system and rectified them quickly, even in the high demand months of the summer heat. He’s knowledgeable, eager to educate, and kind. We’ll be requesting him for our next service appointment. Cool Today just installed a new a/c for my home. The two installers Melwing and Luiz were professional and timely. They handled the installation with great care and cleaned up the area after completing the installation. I recommend Cool Today if you are planning upgrade to your home a/c unit.

He arrived on time, he knows some people don’t like she’s in the vv that some people don’t like shows in their home and without a word he put his green elastic shoe covers and was welcomed to our home. He explained every step of the inspection to us and did an excellent job. I wouldn’t want anyone anyone other than him to come and do a job like this here from any other company but Cool Today. I’ve had the best experience with Cool Today, Albert Jimenez is a real professional and knows what he’s doing, he came prepared with all the necessary equipments and listened to me with care then he examined the AC and was able to tell what was wrong with it, he saved me more than a couple thousands $$ . Cool Today recently installed a HVAC unit at my residence and the installation was a total success.
