This is how their "trained and skilled" installers left my house after we paid $14,000 for a new a/c system. Gave them 2 chances to fix this issue before posting this but I'm still waiting for the 2 call backs from a week ago. Great job guys šš¤£
Requested AC repair. They found a hole in the coil and suggested replacing. So, I had them replace it. The installer put the coil in on the wrong slope which meant the system didnāt drain and water backed up into the inlet duct. After a couple attempts at fixing the slope, I was told there was a cracked drain pan, which was not cracked before the coil replacement and had ti be ordered. Now I have water damage to my garage ceiling and completely soaked insulation inside the unit and still no fix after a few weeks. I was also told that I had to ākeep on the officeā because they donāt always follow through. $3,000.00, stress, and water damage. Youāve been warned.
I have the maintenance plan, which is very affordable and gives me 3 visits a year and the peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong they guarantee to have a technician out that day. This plan also gives me a discount on any parts needed. The technicians are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They make suggestions when they notice something, which I appreciate.
Cool today was referred by a co-worker who swore by their excellent service. He was absolutely right, from the moment we spoke with them the service was excellent. A.P. (technician) was polite, professional and informative every step of the way. Within 20 minutes of being there he knew what parts were needed. Although pricey we were relieved to hear the system could be repaired. After getting the run around with another company sent out by our home warranty company, we will never go with another company again. Thank you Cool Today!! š
Very respectful,honest and professional!! We work late hours and we got up early for them to come. They arrived shortly after we got up. We told them where everything was at and that we would probably fall back to sleep . They kept as quiet as they could .. Big shout out to our installers today!!! Highly recommend!!!
Very thankful for our technician who took care of us today. He came early in the morning before we opened to get a head start on fixing our air! Came in to update us along the way, and got everything repaired and working again super quick! Very grateful we got taken care of so quickly as well. Called yesterday, initial appointment was for the afternoon and he came in first thing! Thanks for all you do!
I just joined Cool Today and I am very pleased with their telephone communications and with the knowledgeable, very pleasant technician Gabriel. I am a woman and my questions were answered in an understandable way. Gabriel was very thorough to familiarize himself with the unit and did the maintenance professionally. A usually boring task was a pleasant work visit.
Today we had our service technician Michael come out and he helped get our AC system back up and running quickly! He also was very personable and made it easy to understand the work that he was doing. 10/10 would recommend Michael!
We have a service contract with Cool Today and we called them Wednesday evening when the smaller of our two A/C units wasn't cooling as expected. Dan Davis, Cool Today's service technician was here the next day as promised and thoroughly inspected the compressor and air handler. Both seemed to be operating correctly, however it has taken much longer these last few days to meet the lowered thermostat setting when ready for bedtime. (77 deg to 73 deg) Cool Today is going to schedule another visit to inspect again with their A/C guru to see if anything else could be causing the problem. Note: I suspect the extreme heat of the last few days has created a situation where the unit just couldn't keep up.
When my AC needed to be replaced ,my husband was about to come home from a lengthy stay in the hospital, so i needed to get this done quickly. . I called Cool Today and someone came out right away, He was very informative and helpful. He thoroughly explained each option I was interested in and the prices were great . He understood the importance of quickly getting it done. They were able to get the unit I bought installed in just a few days. It's been over a year now and my AC works perfectly. It's energy efficient and keeps my home very cool. My electric bill was cut almost in half . Cool Today offers a gteat maintenance program also. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing any AC work done.
