Cool Today

Never had problems until our AC went out. It ended up being out for 4 days, 3 different technicians came. They were all nice but never fixed the problem. The last one to arrive "fixed" the ac and it never stopped running for 2 days! I had to call another AC company and pay them to fix what CoolToday did not. They came out immediately and had the issue fixed within 3 hours!! Great service and communication from Dunedin AC!! I tried contacting CoolToday to tell them about the issue. I was given a direct phone number from a person in the Quality Control department. I left 2 messages and have yet to hear back. To say I am extremely disappointed with CoolToday would be an understatement.

This was our semi annual AC maintenance check up. They were really thorough yet there was no upsell, which is rare these days with some companies. He made some suggestions but nothing pushy, no scare tactics. Great job!

Today I had my two HVAC systems checked by Cool Today and the technician did a systematic and detail examination of my equipment. A few years ago I purchased property and had a new house built and I was obligated to use the builders contractor. The a/c repair business is understandably busy in July in FL. We waited well past our service window BUT when our technician arrived he was knowledgeable and had our issue diagnosed & fixed quickly. We will sleep much better tonight!

Cool today was awesome! Jason was my tech. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Josh was out in 2 hours at 9 pm to get us set up with a new ac system. He was very professional and AWESOME!
