Jason was awesome and super helpful. We accidentally marked the wrong service and he didn’t hesitate to do what we needed and still give great service even though it wasn’t what he typically does.
Technician was on time, immediately assessed the problem and set about with the fix. He was knowledgeable and personable as well. Mr. Molina is a credit to his company.
Joshua is the good salesman with a great knowledge of AC units. He spent time providing all details of the AC and detailed prices of the RUUD AC unit with the rating is not preferred compared to the Lennox heat pumps with the price is too high without any discount for the 4th holiday sale, therefore I did not make my purchase from him.
Company sells themselves on customer service and they delivered. Due to no fault of the company they had the wrong air handler for our system. They made the one they had work for us so we were not without AC on a Friday. This mind you we just bought the system Monday night and they were already installing on that Friday. So we were told Friday evening someone would call us Monday. Right at 9:30 AM Monday I was contacted and they were out on Tuesday installing the new air handler and it is not a small job as you can imagine. So far the company has lived up to their customer service claims and I feel confident that high quality customer service will continue

Came back to edit: before they came into our home. My thermometer was reading 79 degrees F. When they left it got up to 83 degrees and rising. They touched/moved something and it has not cooled down at all. I asked for them to come back and fix whatever happened and they said they don’t have anyone. They’re going to have someone the following day but I have a 1 year old and I’m pregnant. They said they would waive my service fee but they aren’t sure if they can waive whatever damage they did.
Yesterday, I was met at the door by Agbor, a most professional and skilled employee of Cool Today. It was just my yearly scheduled maintenance call, but it was discovered that the UV light had gone out. Agbor spent hours killing and scrubbing the black mold from every part of the unit he could reach. Installed a new UV light, skillfully cleaned, vacuumed, and checked all of the 15 year old AC unit. I received a complete check up report with pictures of the work. THANK YOU so much Agbor Tanjong for keeping my family Cool and Healthy.

They came out to fix the drainage line in the air conditioner, which they did 2 and a 1/2 months ago, and they came back out and had the same problem. Apparently the rude egg in the air handler and push off some thick plastic stuff I guess when it's new and so that's logged up the drain so I tried to charge me $89. I got that waved, but then they hit me with a $59 charge, so they thinking spray and so it doesn't happen again. Well, you know it's not my fault. It's a new unit. I think I should get back to $59.
