Cool Today

Excellent sevice! I recently had surgery and could not deal with the heat when my AC stopped working. I called in the AM and because of my health issues they sent someone this afternoon. He was very professional and had the AC working in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company!

Had my unit serviced today as part of my maintenance plan. Gabriel was the service technician and that is one of the things I like about Cool Today - the same service tech comes each time. He was familiar with the unit, set up of the house, etc. He was very courteous and informed me of everything that was needed to maintain my unit going forward.
He provided a detail list of the different options I had in maintaining my system for years to come.

Overall a solid professional experience with very responsive employees that seem to care about their customers and brand. Anyone can install an AC unit for you, but the quality of service is what makes the difference.

Let me go straight at this. I believe my non-profit agency was overcharged for the replacement of my 3 ton unit Fan Blower Motor. The standard replacement cost is between $350 and $500. We were charged $770 and the tech wanted to charge me for the service call until i questioned the cost. I will not be referring you to others. Thank,
