They were great! Came by same day of call and was able to get parts and fix the problem right away. Super nice guy! I will definitely use them and recommend in the future!

After getting led on for 90 minutes on another AC company that tried to sell us a brand new unit for no reason, Lonnie's was a breath of fresh air. Our tech was in and out in a third of the time and actually fixed our heater instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Prompt and courteous and the price of the replacement contactor was reasonable as well. We plan on calling Lonnie's for regular maintenance in the future.

They quoted me a repair for up to $1200. When I got the bill, it was $725 because they were able to get the part cheaper. They could have easily charged me $1200 and I'd have been none the wiser. They've been my company ever since.

They're professional, honest & true experts. I'll never go elsewhere...

This company did a full install (two brand new United, new air handler, the whole 9 yards) months ago on a home I then purchased. During the inspection, there was an issue with the downstairs unit not cooling, and it was repaired and warranty covered the issues. Now, 2 months later, same issue on the upstairs unit of the home. I called on Sunday for someone to come out for repair but was told he would call me back Monday. He called Monday morning said he would come out but it was going to $150 just to show up. I chatted with him a bit about the fact that these units were brand new and shouldn’t be having issues back to back. He was extremely rude when I asked him about the warranty. I finally asked him if I needed to use his company or if Trane (manufacturer) covered the actual warranty issues and he was the go between/service provider. He said he didn’t care if I took my business elsewhere,so I did.

Lonnie's A/C is used by both myself and my parent's house for years. Randy is our service rep and he is always on time, professional, and friendly. He is knowledgeable and honest - finding the best fix that is the most economical price point. I have never been let down by Randy or the Lonnie's team.

I guess I should have read and heeded the reviews on UN-professionalism first. I have about 10 AC units on my commercial property. Lonnie's has been on my property and done work before. In 2019, they came out and bid on a job, but another contractor came in about 20% cheaper then his bid. Here we are at the end of 2020 and I needed a unit replaced, but he said he wouldn't come out because he didn't get the job the last time he came. He is a contractor, I am a business. You don't win every Request for Proposal.
I've been in construction for 20yrs. I've never had a contractor that didn't understand that concept. NIce knowing ya!

I contacted Lonnie for a service call because I went to turn on my heater and it didn't
blow out any heat, only air from the furnace. Lonnie came out and
performed some checks on the condenser & furnace, he suspected
the issue was with the thermostat which I replaced months
earlier(Standard Honeywell thermostat to Honeywell programmable
thermostat) with a programmable one. I did not have the manual at the
time nor did Lonnie, he bypassed the thermostat at the furnace to
test the A/C & Heat then confirmed that the thermostat/thermostat
programming was the issue which I agreed because I saw both A/C and
Heating work when in bypass. He when into the thermostat settings and
changed how it worked with the condenser & furnace with using a
Honeywell manual from another model. The Heat worked after he changed
those settings. A few days later the weather changed and it became
hot outside, so I went to turn on the A/C and noticed it wasn't
working. I went into my collection of manuals and located the manual
for my thermostat, the verbiage for the programming didn't make sense
to me so I contacted Lonnie. I let Lonnie know that I found the
manual and that my A/C wasn't working, he then told me that if he
were to come out again it would require another service call and I
would be charged again.

At this point I felt like Lonnie abandoned me, he left the situation knowing that the
thermostat wasn't programmed correctly because the options for the
settings were unknown. Once I located the manual he wasn't willing to
come by and make the situation right, I understand that Lonnie runs a
business and Lonnie need to earn income however at the same time in
order to keep relationships in tact customers need to be satisfied.
Instead of paying Lonnie again to correct this I chose to contact
Honeywell support, they were able to aid me in the programming of the
correct settings for the thermostat to work with my condenser &
furnace. In hindsight I should have contacted Honeywell support in
the first place, At this point I'm no longer satisfied with Lonnie.
He only seems to care about revenue and does not care about customer
service, I will be conducting research to locate an A/C company to
replace his services.

Lonnie's Air Conditioning & Heating is truly remarkable. I would never call any other AC company. About a year and a half ago I had another AC repair company tell me I needed a whole new unit - Lonnie's came out and fixed the problem without ever thinking the whole unit needed replaced. Today I had to call Lonnie's back out for another issue. They are so nice and not once have I ever felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or the situation. They definitely deserve 5 stars and your business!

Even after 2 Freon infusions our 4-ton AC unit struggled to keep our 2200 sf house below 85 degrees.
We called 4 companies for repair quotes.

Company 1 told us that 2 wall return vents with attic conduits were needed for $1000.

Company 2 suggested sealing the space below the air handler for $400. That reduced humidity but did nothing to help cool the house.

Company 3 told us that our “14-year-old” AC unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $7000+. The unit was manufactured October of 2014.

ONLY Lonnie suspected a Freon leak, so ONLY Lonnie went looking for one. Ergo, ONLY Lonnie opened up the air handler. The steel plates on the handler had rusted and the rust build up had punctured the copper coils. The air handler was still under warranty. Yes, 2 air return vents should be added in the NE end of the house, but above a bedroom and hallway door; no attic vent conduits needed.

Work was done, AC recharged, we added a UV light and the total bill came to less than $1300.

Next time there’s an AC issue – ONLY Lonnies’!

Everyone I've ever worked with at Lonnie's Air Conditioning has always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've been a client using this company's service since 1990 with nothing but the best experience possible each and every time.
