    I'll say this I was a Technician for Xerox. So I know how tech's should act and know. As far as Tech's go. These guys go Above and Beyond all expatiation. I never put my Word for someone. Unless I know in my Soul I'm Right. These ppl from the first phone call till the paying of my bill. And all things in between were painless. My A/C went down. Called the fine ppl at ABS and they got here fast. I was looking at replacing my System but have been ripped off by others in the same business. But the Tech was Friendly,Honest, and explained everything I needed to know. The System I thought I needed was a 4 ton. The Tech said a 3 and. Half would work. He was right. I bought their System. And they got my old one up and running till the next day at no cost. They were out here exactly when they said the would be. And we're Professional and Nice. The Work and Equipment we're both Above Expectations. They are an Honest Company that keeps their word. Very Rare these days. I Would Highly Recommend using them. They will be the only Company I will ever have work on my AC. I will go as far to say. I will be purchasing a service contact with ABS so they only service my AC. I have only done that with one other company that I have used for over 40 yrs. One last thing. Not one time did they try to sell me something. That is the first time in a long time that has happened.

    I don't understand the amount of negative reviews here on Google. We have had to deal with some crummy A/C companies (Acree) in the past. ABS did everything they said they would do and did it in a professional manner. They said they would be out within 30 minutes and were on time. They set up an appointment (at our request) for the following day to replace our A/C system (even though they had got our old one up and running). They said they'd be there by 8 am and arrived promptly before. They got right to work, were friendly and hard working. The cost was far cheaper than I thought it would be to purchase a new A/C system. Highly recommend ABS and the guys who came out for the install. Total professionals! Great Service! Excellent Price!!

    I had a brand new AC system installed in May. It has never worked correctly. I have reached out to the business multiple times with very little response. They don't stand behind their work.

    This company has been great to deal with from our initial call 3 years ago for service until our most recent semi annual inspection. The prices for the repairs and system replacement have been fair, but the professionalism of each individual we have dealt with exceeds our expectations. They are always on time and they have taken precautions to insure we know who will be arriving at my house and when. We are glad to have a company we can trust.

    Don't trust the sales people. We believed the sales guy who came to talk about a new system. He told us about a system that was half way between the other two they sold, claiming it was the best deal. He also said we would get two years of free system checks. After 2 years, we called them to ask when the system checks would start. They finally scheduled a check for a month after we called. After only 3 checks (each one we had to call and remind them to come) the technician tried to sell us a maintenance package. When we turned him down, he left without checking the system and they never came back for the remaining 3 checks. When the system was only 4 years old, we had to have the compressor changed. It's 2 years later and we have to replace the compressor again. We've also learned that the cooling agent for the system has been discontinued and we will most likely need to replace the whole system after only having it for 8 years. We will NEVER go to ABS Air Conditioning again and we will warn anyone who asks about them.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called for emergency service and spoke to Michelle. She was abrupt and would not answer my husbands questions. We were already stressed, we didnt need a rep who was rude! Then she hung up on us, even though we continued to be nice to her. Needless to say we went with someone else. If you can't be polite on the phone there is no way I would trust you to come to my house and be honest and fair. I worked in customer service. That first point of contact sets the tone. We ended up calling someone else and signed a contract with them for further service. Thanks Michelle we ended up using someone else who was polite and fair.

    I've have been using this company for about 2 years. I called them again because my compressor went out. I was quoted $89 service fee. The techs were great and diagnosed the problem but I received a service fee of $129. I called customer service and was told that a commercial building service fee is higher. Not a pleasant surprise after the service was completed.

    These people installed my unit but they won't admit to it until i showed them the paperwork of it, but i thought I'd have to go with them for the warranty but that was wrong. I needed a new fan motor and they quoted me $550 just for labor which you can normally buy the part and have it installed cheaper. Then tried to get me with a $130 service charge thats about double what anyone else offers. Long story short went with one hour air and I'm clean and clear for $80 for everything. These people have always been shady but the pandemic price gouging is too much. Avoid like covid. EDIT: its cute they play this off as a prank but you can see by the other reviews I'm clearly being very serious. My unit you put in is very real and I'd add a pic of the paperwork for it if i was able to, but you can only do it when you originally post. They know very well everything I've said is true and are just mad i denied them service for gouging.

    First time using ABS AC for any work at our home. Our AC stopped working at 6 PM on 8/22/2017 on the hottest day so far this summer. We called our regular AC service company and despite advertising 24/7 service, they couldn't get anyone out till late the next morning. We needed AC working ASAP as we own and foster several older cats and dogs with medical problems. We called ABS on recommendation of my parents at 7 PM and in about 1 1/2 hours had a technician at our home. Bill was our AC tech and he diagnosed our problem quickly as a bad start capacitor in the outside unit. Fortunately it is a is a part they stock on their trucks and he could fix our AC. 1 hour later and our AC was working and cooling our home. Saved me from installing an emergency AC window unit in the dark. Thanks ABS AC and Bill.
