ABS Air Conditioning

ABS are a great company! I had a huge problem with another company so I called ABS and one of their technicians was in my studio in less than an hour! They fixed the problem very confidentially and everyone was so happy after. Thank you ABS, I now have them servicing my home AC :)

This company does not answer their emergency number. They also have false 5 star reviews. They failed to repair my unit today. My wife, toddler, and I now have to try and go to bed in a house that is 86 degrees, and they do NOT ANSWER THEIR EMERGENCY LINE! I have never dealt with a business that has been so incompetent so consistently. Do not fall for this shady companies schtick.

Pease be very cautious with these positive reviews there are definitely multiple fake reviewers giving 5 stars. Just look at any of the reviews that have peoples full names singing their praises. They all have reviewed the same places and only give 5 stars.

Great experience with ABS Air last week! Called for service and tech came out on time and was very professional. He was thorough in his inspection and fixed the problem right away. My air has been running fantastic ever since!

Business system goes down. Other company we've used for years apparently does not see us as a priority. ABS came out in a timely manner and got us up and running. We'll be using ABS now. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I am a business man of integrity with an outstanding reputation. My motto is love your customers more than their money. I had one of the most informative, kindest gentlemen I have ever met come out and charge me $89 to quote me 835 dollars on a ac repair, and offered to make it 750 if I spent another 150 for coverage over the year. The price didnt feel right, so I called Suncoast AC and they did the exact same job and gave us a lb of freeon for $500. Taking advantage of peoples money in a broken economy is not cool with me.

Rockie is locally known as the AC Whisperer. When other folks cannot repair or diagnose a unit, many call Rockie. We used ABS to install units at our townhouse as well as our law office and we have been extremely pleased with the customer service, knowledge and level of expertise shown by Rockie and ABS. I could not recommend them enough for your residential and/or business needs

Best prices and always flexible with services and scheduling. Techs are thorough and provide valuable advice without trying to sell you something. Bought a new unit 4 years ago and have semi-annual service with them.

I paid them to do a maintenance check and my AC stopped working an hour after the tech left, it has been over 24 hours and they haven't sent anyone out to fix the problem they caused, I have called several times and the manager Michelle hasn't shown any empathy towards the situation or try to make it right! I spent over $500 and have used them for years. But this is outrageous.

Came home to no air conditioning on Saturday. Called ABS. Technician arrived 45 minutes later. Air was working 30 minutes after that. Can't say "thank you" enough. My husband and I were so not looking forward to not having air conditioning for the rest of the weekend. We tried three other companies.... J. Chiodi

Derek was excellent. He was thorough and detail oriented. Awesome for someone that has no idea about air units. He was polite and kind as well. Jessica was also great. She put up with all my time hiccups. Would absolutely use them again. Let's just hope I don't have to. :)
