Cool Today

I am a property manager and I have several properties. I recently used Cool Today to install three new units. I was very pleased with the entire process. I will continue to use this company for all my needs. They not only provide HVAC but have plumbing and electrical as well. I know because I have used those services as well. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Matthew did a very good job as far a tracing down the problem and identifying costs. Simply very costly parts and coolant.
Your worker was kind but said sorry that is what it costs to fix the problem so I paid it to get cool air for now. May not last long.9

Very impressed by how quick a service technician came out. Called at 4:30pm with an issue and had a person at our house at 6pm. Vidal was very professional and polite. He walked us through all the steps he was performing to fix our AC issue. 10/10 would recommend

I recently had CoolToday install a whole home dehumidifier in my home and mini split AC in my garage. I was very impressed with the entire process, from the initial visit from Manuel Urquiola to the consultation and the final installation.

The sales representative, Mike Fishben, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and recommend the best system for my home. He also answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way.

The installation team lead Yeral Peguero and his teammate and their manager Ben were professional and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the installation properly and neatly while addressing my questions. They also took the time to explain how the system worked and answer any questions I had.

I am very happy with the results of the installation. The dehumidifier has helped to reduce the humidity in my home, which has made a big difference in the comfort level. They also installed a fresh-air supply line with an electronic damper and installed a controller of the same brand as the dehumidifier. The mini split AC is also working great and is keeping my garage cool and comfortable during the summer months.

I would highly recommend CoolToday to anyone looking for HVAC installation services. I know I will continue to rely on them for our systems. They are a reliable and professional company that provides excellent customer service.

I've had service with cool today for about 3 years now. With the exception of the previous maintenance visit, all other visits (including a recent emergency service visit) have been excellent.

Our support agent, Susan, was so kind and helpful from the first moment I called. She offered suggestions for troubleshooting and was able to schedule a technician to come out within a few hours. Our technician, Anibal, was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and did a great job getting our system running again. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is very helpful and efficient. We asked for the air conditioning tuneup. Our technician was on time and did a thorough job. He explained how our system is working and the changes needed with an estimate of the costs. We will consider how to followup and would certainly be pleased to call Cool Today again.

Kris Weinstock was our plumbing service provider and he may have been the most professional and community caring individual I have ever come across. He was extremely kind and set a great precedence for the company standards. I highly recommend Kris for any future plumbing issues. 10/10

Vidal from cool today came over and change out my thermostat wire. He was pretty fast with changing out my wire and was very professional the whole time. Worked with me the whole way and wasn’t bother by me looking over his shoulder most the time. Very great ac service and would recommend if you need someone reliable and fast.

They are way over priced. All the technicians say they arent at your house to sell you a new unit. The reality is. They are all ttained to sell you something you dont need. Cool Today is the worst AC company. Over chatge and lie to you so they can sell you new products. And there plumbing dicision is just as bad. No breakdown( line item) billing. I spent about 200dollars an hr for 2 guys at my hose for 2hrs. Would NEVER use this company again.
