Our installation was on June 13th. The work is still incomplete nearly one month later. The manager responsible for our area does not respond to our concerns. - Filters were “not in stock” so they cut a larger size down to “take care of the problem.” We are still waiting for the 6 filters promised. - Proper breakers need to be installed . No sign of an electrician. - Leaks were apparent causing condensation. - Lawn sprinkler pipes were exposed “and remain so” when soil was dug up to support the new unit pad. - Job site was left filthy. Solder, plaster, trash from the old unit was left behind. Photos of all these issues are available. We are a retired couple and had to finance this large purchase so we have little recourse. We highly recommend you research other options.

We were treated very professionally by Patrick Altamirano. He explained to us all the options available for the installation of the central air conditioning unit in a very detailed and honest way, which is very important when serving a customer! Thank you very much!

Horrible! Been trying to resolve the same issue for 3 days now. Spoke to four people at this company now, each one assured the problem would be corrected, and then nothing happens. Will not use again.

Caesar came to install a $1k chandelier. He broke our light bulbs from mishandling while installing and claimed that their company will take care of it. Caesar even reached out to his manager and gave us a number to call. We called the manager immediately and he never picked up. The management never reached back out to us for the damages and the loss was never compensated. We have reciepts and photos of the damage. We do not recommend utilizing them! They will break your things and will not do anything about it!

The technician Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding what is wrong with our AC. Recommend this company.

Called Cool Today for emergency service to repair current AC. Wound up purchasing a new Carrier system from them. Been extremely happy with the system. They have been out several times to performance preventative maintenance service. All team members we experienced were always polite, courteous, and professional. Costs are competitive. Excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding what they do. Everything they do is shown to you because they take pictures of the work. Then along with receipt all pictures are emailed to you for your records.
