I am extremely satisfied with the AC installation service I received. Mr.Mauricio patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring that I was comfortable with the operation and maintenance of the system. They also cleaned up after the installation. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC installation.

Technician had a language barrier with me. I told him I needed time to think about committing to any purchase and that i still had two other estimates to get. After he left, i received a text message that a technician would be at my house the next day to begin installation. I did not agree to any such thing. He ask me to sign something and when I ask him what it was , he said it was confirmation of , his receipt, of my check for the service call. I do not appreciate this kind of high pressure sales and disrespectful way of doing business. Stay away from these people. I asked for an estimate only and they tried to trick me into something I didn't want. I hope this is useful to others considering Cool Today.

In a word....AWESOME!!! Everything about the service call today was perfect. The technician Albert Jimenez arrived at 8am sharp (as promised) and quickly got to work on assessing the status of my AC/Heating Unit. After a thorough assessment he identified several issues and then discussed in detail the short- and long-term impact to the system and provided possible solutions. He then provided options on repairs - including what needed to be accomplished immediately and what could wait. After a totally professional and detailed discussion, I opted to complete all the repairs - basically because I was confident that I had the BEST Technician standing right in front of me - and he was definitely who I wanted to complete the work. After completing the job Albert Jimenez reviewed the work completed and answered all my questions. Albert Jimenez was professional and very personable throughout the visit, and I will be requesting him by name for any issues in the future! Completely satisfied with the service call and look forward to future engagements with Cool Today and of course Albert Jimenez.

Technician Edy was professional and polite. He explained his work in detail and helped me understand the outstanding issues I had with my cooling system.

I called at 4:45 pm because our capacitor died. They had a tech out that night to service the unit. I received a call when he was on the way and a text with his tracking information. He was quick, very informative and the AC was up and running within a few hours. We called other companies and they all charged way more and couldn't see us until the next day. The only negative was the persistent up sale, but that comes with every service type business. I would highly recommend them.

Our A/C froze up. Our technician, Gabriel, send an ID photo and a heads-up for the visit. Then he was very nice, he got straight to work. And he checked everything out. Now we are sitting in cool air again. Thank you CoolToday and Gabriel.

Albert, the technician is a true professional. Once at the door before coming into the house he puts on footies. He inspected our entire system from top to bottom. He gave his recommendations and also detected a fault in my system that no other technician has been able to. Recommend Cool Today to anyone looking for AC service.

Excellent customer service. We received an appropriate explanation of the work that will be done and how will it be done. He took his time to guide us through the whole process. He answered all the questions we had.

The estimate i was given was considerly high and will never use Cool it Today. Seminole County recommended them in their booklet of residential contractors to use. With their high prices no way.

Very convenient but every time I had an issue it was always elevated to a major price example my toilet was leaking I was told it’s a major job housing had to be replaced I said no my neighbor came and looked tightened a screw instant fix water pressure was low they said I needed a $700 flow system installed I said no neighbor came to look changed aerators $20 instant fix… their a rip off mind you I had the service plan
