I'm very pleased with their service. They are very professional from the time I made the call, right away I felt a sense of confidence and for sure, the great service was delivered. The technician was knowledgeable,professional,accurate and respectful. I will definitely recommend this company very trustworthy.

Cool Today is honest and has informed us of all our options. The tech, Erick, is friendly, gave good advice and wasn't trying to sell us what we don't need.

15 technicians later and rattle noise is still unbearable. They sold 2 new units but after a year we still don’t have an actual project completion. Luis keeps promising results but still nothing. I’ll modify my feedback when it’s done. For now I keep calling them NOT Cool Today!

Did forget to turn on the ac breaker after the work was completed. House was warm until we figured out the problem. But the technician was overall great.

Darron arrived on time and went immediately to work. Took the time to inform us exactly how our system was working, explained it simply and clearly. He did an excellent job and we are quite pleased.

Making an appointment on April 8th for an estimate was great. We had a great salesman, Diego Ortega, come over that day and give us an estimate.
We got estimates from two other companies but decided to go with Cool Today on the 11th.
Installation started the next day, and we had AC that night. On the 13th, the installers, Manny and Jason, arrived to finish the mastic. Right after they left, I went to turn the AC back on and found a blank screen on the thermostat. After verifying that the breaker was on, I called Cool Today at 4:44, and they said that they sent both Manny and Jason a text to call me. They also said that they would try to get a technician out right away, probably after 6. I called our salesman, and he said he would push for a technician. Then Manny called and walked me through correcting the problem. At the same time, the install supervisor (Louis) had called on my wife's phone to see what he could do, but it was already fixed.
