Complete douchebags at the parts house. You get a little power and a attitude and want to control people. Hire people that want to make things happen I have over 1150 homes I’m about to do and need a equipment to stay with. You’re going to lose out on a lot of money.
Service is great people are friendly, I look forward to going in there any chance I can , I've come to consider these people my friends. They've always been very helpful with great service. Awesome job!
Amazing customer service. Everyone at the counter is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with finding unavailable parts. Would recommend 110% to any company in the Jacksonville area planning to work with carrier.
Best customer service in any A/C parts center. They are very knowledgeable and very quick in filling my filter requests. One gentleman wrote up my order while another went into the warehouse to retrieve the filters. Great teamwork and service, even offered to carry them to the car.
Place is a joke Have to sign in though your the only one there Then 10 trucks come and I still don't have my equipment! Meanwhile the other workers are just watching. I'm ordering a Trane next time!
Extremly poor customer service. Some staff has attitude that is by no means acceptable in customer service. However, after speaking with the manager who is a nice and reasonable guy, I was assured the issue would get addressed. Had it not been for the manager who genuinely tried to resolve the issue I would have taken my business somewhere else. This way I will give them another chance.
Staff have an attitude and are evasive and rude. Make you wait 5 minutes at the counter without a word or a good morning while they finish on the computer. Tried to tell me my size filter isn't a thing till I showed him a photo on my phone. Then he got pissy and said we don't do Honeywell. I didn't care about the brand. Eventually, and I mean eventually, after being difficult he said they didn't stock my size because no one wanted them. Go somewhere else, this place is a waste of time.
Went there to purchase a very specific sized air filter for my carrier ac. Procedure is you have to call them, place your order and then someone will bring your purchase outside. I called and waited 30 minutes in my car with the message increasing my wait time to 18 minutes when I hung up. Huge waste of time.
This is a joke I cannot find a filter to fit my ac unit. I looked at Walmart and HomeDepot. How the heck do you not have an average air filter size that fits no you have to inconvenience you customers with a 16 and 3/8 × 21× 1/2. You want people to only have the option to buy from you only. We'll I may be inconvenienced but I bought one that's adjustable and I can wash. Screw you carrier.
