I hired Avalon to install an AC Unit in my Mother's home. Aaron is the absolute best! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my situation. Not only was the price point what I was looking for, unlike other quotes I received from pushy salespeople, but I could also finance; this was a must-have since I pay my mother's bills too! The new unit has only been installed for a few days but so far, so good! I will continue to use Avalon going forward, and as a Realtor, I will be referring Avalon to my customers! Thank you, Aaron, and thank you, Avalon, for being there when my mother and I needed you the most!

In so many instances, quality takes a back seat to well, almost everything. I have to say that Avalon did a FANTASTIC job replacing my 51 year old ductwork. They increased the A/C output dramatically and there are no more rooms that are warmer than the others! They upgraded the returns so there is less wear and tear on the system. Their prices were very reasonable also. I recommend this company wholeheartedly! You really don't even need to think of calling anyone else! Thanks so much Avalon!!

Honest and good service at reasonable prices. Alex fixed my heat pump. It was just a small fix, but he took his time to find the root of the problem. All it was was faulty wiring from the original installer. I appreciate the honesty!

From the minute Oleg and Oleskii walked into my apartment to replace my ac unit they were very neat, kind and hardworking. Very impressive workers. Hard workers!! I had duct work done a year ago that was a total mess up. Well Avalon came in on time and swiftly got the job done. So after 2 years of no heat or AC flow in my master bedroom I can now sleep comfortably thanks to Avalon. They even put in a vent in my laundry room that was never there. Awesome company.
