I highly recommend Greener Solutions. They are a first rate company with excellent service. They installed our AC units when we built our house and have helped us with maintenance for 4 years. Eli, their technician, is always very kind, helpful and efficient. He is the best! Thank you for providing great service!

Our technician Eli was great. On the day of our maintenance appointment, we received the call from the office stating that they couldn't make it that day, and Naomi helped me to reschedule the appointment. But Eli still tried his best to make it to us that day. I told him that I was on a conference call and couldn't stay with him. i asked him if he can go ahead if i open the side door to the back and garage so he could reach the internal unit. he said "no problem". he didn't bother me until he finished. he showed me picture of our internal unit and made recommendation how to prevent the future problem after he had done his job. I'll love to have Eli back next time..

My air condition was running for hours and my house was not getting cool. One of my coworkers recommended this company.
Aaron was the service guy that came out to work on my AC. He was very professional and patient. I had a lot of questions regarding my AC unit. He took his time to explain everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Was set up for there annual maintenance. Tech Aaron came out preformed service and said everything was good BUT it needed more coolant. He added the coolant and in less then 5 hours the system quit working. A new tech Eli came out found the leak Aaron couldn't find and told me the part would be here in 1-3 days. But they would bring a window unit to us to help as the AC is now blowing HOT air in the summer. The window unit didn't show up until.24 hours later and all the office told me was there were other emergencies that were more important. Fast forward 3 days...AC is fixed and they recharge me for the coolant I already paid for plus the part that was working until your tech came through. When I questioned management they basically told me sorry about your luck. Company is NOT customer friendly and I am taking my business elsewhere as I got ripped off and forced to pay 1200 just to get AC back on

Update on the review....company decided to call DCFS as revenge for my review. I think it is sad that companies have to stoop that low to attack children and there families. I tell you if I could I will tell the BBB but nothing would come from it. Not even a manager or owner call just send DCFS. Thanks guys much appreciated. Never ever will I use them again

The team spent about 6 hours over 2 days evaluating my needs. The tech said the numbers showed a 4 ton unit but he felt it was too big. He said he would install a 3 ton and if it wasn't enough, he would swap it out.
The 3 ton works fine, and has cut my electric bill in half. That was in 2014. Every winter we are amazed how low our bill is.
We have them do our routine maintenance too.

Having had to deal with other ac companies, we have finally found the company that meets all our needs! We had a unique situation that stymied other companies and Greener Solutions attacked it and fixed it in an hour!! 48 hours later our air conditioner of 3 years quit blowing cold air!! 90 degrees in the dark with fans and even portable ac borrowed from a friend was unbearable!! Greener solutions to the rescue and we are once again cooling 😎!! PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND RELIABLE!!!!10 🌟

Business owner selling work van drives 2 hours and tells me too turn around very unprofessional. I told him too not send me his way if someone was coming. So this business is definitely a lying scam.

We had Greener Solutions out to our home today to provide service on our 3 AC units. Eli Pena was our technician and he did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He also uncovered a setting that was not set properly and corrected that for us. He also walked us through their annual agreement and we were able to save even more money on our annual services. I highly recommend Greener Solutions! Since installing our 2 new AC units we have saved hundreds of dollars monthly on our electric bill. Great company and very professional service.

A/C wasn’t cooling. Technician Jack Hogan came out (same day service!!) and he was incredible. Very knowledgeable - very professional - very friendly. He explained everything and quickly made the repair. Not my first experience with Greener. But as always - they are an awesome company to deal with. Thanks again Jack Hogan!!

This company has the worst customer service. They came to do a maintenance on our AC, it was working before they arrived. He stated I didn't have enough refrigerant to cool properly. He also stated he blew out all of our lines. After he left the unit stopped working. We called immediately the next morning, they came out and said they didn't know what happened. They sent someone else out who stated the TXV broke, which only occurred after the blew out the lines. They said it would take 1-4 days to get the part in, however, in the meantime they would bring out a window unit AC that day. They never showed and never called. When we called them the following morning to ask about it we were told something else came up that was more important. Really someone was more important than my family sweating in a house of 85/90degrees that their technician caused. I understand things come up, but you don't tell a customer that. They finally came out to fix the part and told me I needed to pay almost $2000, for their error. When I became upset they offered to take off 150.00.

They clearly don't care about their customers and fixing their mistakes. Beyond disappointed and will never do business with them again. Do not recommend to anyone! The only reason we used them to begin with is a friend worked there. Now we know why he left.
