Greener Solutions Air

Have used Greener Solutions in both a personal and professional capacity, and am always impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Eli was at my home today for a simple fix, and he was a pleasure!

Rob came out on time and replaced my a/c motor. The former was very lousy. After he was finished much more quiet than before. I've had plenty of repairmen be rude or awkward at best, Rob was very friendly. Definitely appreciate Greener Solutions much more now.

Tony came to my house for a preventative maintenance inspection. As has been customary with Tony, he was extremely knowledgeable about my system and did not try to sell me something extra because his diagnosis was that my 18 year old unit was running well. I have been using Greener Solutions for several years now and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services in the Jacksonville area.

I called the office at 8:30vam and they were at my house by 9:10 am. Rob was very professional explained in terms that I could understand what was wrong with my unit and was very upfront about pricing. I would definitely recommend Greener Solutions Air for any heating or air conditioning needs!

My air went out today in this nearly 100 degree weather! My husband called them and a technician was in my house within an hour. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The air is fixed and our house is cool again. We will definitely use them again and refer them.

Opening a call center is difficult when it comes to temperature control!!! Greener Solutions did an amazing job for solutions on hot and cold areas and rooms. Their scientific tools to check our air flow and temperatures were impressive! Great service and staff!!

It’s 4:30 Friday afternoon, 95 degrees, hottest day of the year to date and our AC stops working (it’s going to be a long weekend). Called Greener Solutions at 4:45, left a message, and 15 minutes later the owner calls me back. “I have a technician in your area”, he says, “let me call Lisa and see if she’s available”. Lisa calls me 15 minutes later and says she’s on the way. Fast forward to 6:15... Lisa is finished with the diagnosis and repair and my AC is blowing cold air. So, would I recommend Greener Solutions Air if you need AC service? Darn right I would

On August 10, 2018 the Greener Solution Air employee was very knowledgeable and explained what was going to be done in an easy understandable matter.
The employee left the area he was working in as he found it, clean.
In general he did a good job and I will be using them in the future to do additional work to my system.

Greener Solutions has done a fantastic job identifying the humidity issues in our home. Blowers test, analysis of vent calculations and more. The knowledge and customer service of Kirk and his team is exceptional and we couldn’t be happier to find this company for our air conditioning needs.
