J&W installed two full systems in my home in 2019. They have been a great company to use and I’ve referred a number of people to them. Their office staff are great when I place calls. The maintenance staff are always great. They are professional and provide great service either with the maintenance plans or repair service. Eric has been to my home before with servicing my ac units. He’s a great representative of the company. This visit he repaired my unit and then I asked him questions about air purification products. I bought a product and duct cleaning service based off my trust of Eric’s expertise. This is great company that hires great technicians. I’m a happy loyal customer!

This company impressed me with their a/c system maintenance methods and additional features to add to my system to prolong it’s life span and decrease my electric bill. Eli was the technician who performed my maintenance and he went above and beyond what was expected of him to ensure our a/c system was in good condition and recommended a few things to make it better. I’ve dealt with a few companies over the years and J&W is now my go to company for a/c related work.

Connor and Bob were timely on arrival and very professional and efficient through the whole process. They hardly disturbed me or the dog during a work day. Ian, the sales manager, was able to get me on the schedule in 24 hours. Overall I’m very happy so far.

Had several issues, called the company for service. They told me they would be out that evening. Pleasantly surprised when they were there in a little over an hour. Technician was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He found that the problem was a blower. He promptly installed a loaner blower and ordered the part and had me back in business in just a few hours after calling in. I highly recommend this company

I am huge on customer service and J&W went above and beyond. I received notification before he arrived along with a photo of mule technician and a short bio of him! He was so polite and thorough. He made sure to take the time to answer all questions before heading out to do his paperwork. He even came back to let me k ow he was leaving to to make sure there was nothing g else needed!
