Fan on outside unit was going bad. The technician wanted to hear the noise it was making before he would replace it. He did a full inspection of my system while we waited for the fan to start squealing. He replaced the air filter and showed me some pictures of some potential problems. He did not attempt to add or sell anything extra. We agreed on the fan and a switch being the issue that had to be repaired first. From what I saw, the motor was the original one that came with the AC 18 years ago. Great work, friendly and great prices. I will recommend to friends and family.

J&W has also given me great service! I will continue to use their company for my AC system maintenance! Ross came today to look at my unit and was very professional. He educated me on how to maintain my unit which was very helpful. Great job!

The setup was quick! The HVAC technician RYAN knew what he was talking about and was qualified for the job. Awesome service and support from the J&W team.

Called early this morning. Was given an arrival time between 12 - 5. Got a call at 9:45 saying Kyle would be atmy house in 45 minutes. He immediately found the problem and called his manager to work out a solution to fix the problem. Within minutes the house was much cooler.

The 2 gentleman that did the Installation were professional and courteous and very well mannered. They worked very hard.

I expected a technician to service my hvac , but instead got a salesman.
