5 stars is not enough for Morgan and everyone at Thermal Engineers. They are by far the best company in the business. They have serviced our MRI Chiller and facility AC's for nearly 20 years! Everyone at Thermal Engineers is friendly, professional and trustworthy. I will never use anyone else. Thank you Morgan for so many years of exceptional service.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Thermal Engineers. They are complete professionals, they understand my needs and treat me as if I’m their number one customer. I oversee the upkeep of a large climate controlled distribution center including cold storage. It’s imperative that we maintain the proper temperature throughout the DC at all times. Morgan and his team know how critical this is and always respond with a sense of urgency.

Morgan and his team of professionals are very Knowledgeable. Our system had a problem I called them at 4:30 on the afternoon on a weekday the next morning I received the phone call and 2 hours Later they were At my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem After a series of test and completed the replacement and repair in a timely manner also they cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend using them for your commercial chiller needs.

You may find another Commercial A/C companies but they will never meet Thermal Engineers commitment to honesty, integrity, knowledge, dependability, experience and most importantly, listening to and treating their customers with respect. They are locally owned.

They replaced the indoor and outdoor units and repaired the duct work. They also added returns around my house. The digital thermostat they installed is awesome. Air has never worked better and my house has a consistent temperature throughout.

We moved into a new office and needed the A/C redone. They recommended a mini split unit for the offices, and we couldn't be happier. It works great. Thanks for the great service.

They go above and beyond. Are so helpful and educate you on what’s going on. Super responsive & Chris is fantastic!
