We've been using Bold City for about a year and a half. When we had an issue, they came to us quickly to help out.

Routine maintenance has been great and minimally intrusive on our schedules. Overall, proactive and reliable but not pushy. Good interactions with the Techs. Fairly priced. We're content.

Great Experience! I had informative technicians (Seth & Thomas) who were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything I wanted to know about my new HVAC system and they installed it in only 4-5hours. Kudos to the company as well as they were able to send them to my house within 24-48hours of me calling to report a problem with my old unit and install a new one that I desperately needed. I will definitely recommend this company, and these two great technicians to all my friends or family.Thanks Seth & Thomas and thanks Bold City! You guys are awesome!

When our AC quit cooling during July heat, Bold City saved the day. They were able to come out the same day to check it out. Unfortunately, our old unit could not be repaired. Ww were given several options to choose from to best fit our needs. They were able to schedule installation quickly.

On the day of installation, Daniel and his team arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional and efficient. They actually left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived!

Had inside and outside A/C replaced with Carrier units with UV light and Airscrubber. Showed up within quoted timeframe. Two trucks, two installers and one supervisor/technician. Took around 4 hours to complete. Everything seems to be working as expected. Air seems cleaner/crisper and seem to be sleeping better. Front office and owner were helpful over the phone with estimate and price and payment options. Thank you!

Signed up for AC maintenance service with Bold City Heating and Air. Technician Kevin did the first maintenance on the unit today, overall a great service! He explained everything and answered any questions I had. I received pictures and reports via email shortly after he left. Happy customer here, thanks!

Kevin was great! Very professional and kind. I have had a few issues with my new system and he went the extra mile to take care of us and fix what was needed. I went from a little irritated at the situation to a happy camper thanks to his attitude, and work ethic. Thank you Kevin and bold city for standing behind your work.

Jeremy came out the same day. He was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and offered a much needed maintenance program and was not a pushy. We were very happy with the service and would recommend again.

I just had a brand new A/C unit installed by Bold City Heating and Air. They provided such quick and professional service and at a great price! I called on a Tuesday afternoon and the unit was installed by 5pm the next day! Aaron, Seth, and Thomas worked very hard to install the unit. They were very respectful and made sure I was happy with everything they were doing all along the way. They stayed about 2 hours later than predicted to fix a leak (that was there previously on the old handler) until everything was working perfectly. We are life long customers. Would absolutely recommend them!

My technician Daniel was outstanding. On time and very professional with great customer skills. He was very meticulous while performing the task at hand and also the clean up afterwards. I would definitely use Bold City again for any of my AC needs.
