Just upgraded our unit after 16 years of excellent A/C service with Air Engineers. Got with Brandon and in ONE Day we had an upgraded unit. Stronger, cleaner and smarter. Will definitely save money over the years as it adjusts the amount of power needed to change a few degrees vice full on.

Tech number 711 Dylan was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional and checked my unit to make sure it was running with no problems. This is my far the best air conditioning company in Jacksonville. He was fast- well educated on the unit and professional. He deserves a raise!!! Very pleased with the installation of my two Lennox heat pump systems. The installers were professional, had it installed in one day, and they took the time to go over the instructions and answer all my questions. Shout out to technicians Anthony #54, Hector #743, Arian #619 and Filcret #56.

My day started off rough because my air conditioner malfunctioned this morning.. I am so glad I called this company because Laura made it so easy for me. She made me feel at ease and I wound up becoming a member, which saved me money. Great people, great value, great service.

I don’t write reviews often but thought Brandon #720 and Van deserved a shot out. They arrived on time, were informative and professional, and cleaned the system. They spent more time than I expected and did a thorough job. They sent me a full report and pictures. I’m happy they did not try to sell me on a completely new system but gave ways to improve what we currently have. Great customer service scheduling our appointment as well (Laura). Btw… I’ve been using AirEngineers for 20 years on my home and rentals I manage. They’ve always been great but it seems they are working to continue to improve by continually hiring great personnel and increase their available services by expanding to plumbing. Customer service has always been great. Thank you!!

James came out and serviced my system and was very easy going to work with and learn from. He was very respectful in my home ensuring everything he did and were he walked/parked was ok. He respects you as a person.

I really appreciated he didn't waste any time in doing what he did or arriving. He didnt' try to pressure anything extra on me but let me know what to be aware of down the line and some tips and tricks to maintaining a better system. It would benefit anyone working on their system to request James to come out and do any and all repairs on their system. I've dealt with other companies who try to pressure you into things and James did noting of the sort. He did no less or more than I had asked of him.

Dylan came to our house yesterday to complete the periodic maintenance on our AC units. Even under dark skies and rain, Dylan was upbeat and positive. Dylan made two suggestions for ensuring continued cool days and nights with no pressure - he even discussed alternatives to one of the suggestions and encouraged us to look at the alternative before making any decisions.

We did have him replace a capacitor on one of the units that was showing signs of wear. Dylan was friendly, helpful in making sure we understood what was found and the work completed. Service with a smile and very efficient in the delivery. Not sure it could have been any better!

I have been using Air Engineers for many years and this most recent visit reminds me why I have been a loyal customer. We were due for our annual maintenance, but at the same time we detected some issues with performance. Air Engineers responded quickly, sending Dylan out. Turns out Dylan was the original installer of our current upgraded system several years back! He quickly performed the maintenance, trouble shot the performance issue, identifying the problem. New part was going to take a couple of days. I was kept informed of the part status and he returned, installed the part and quickly completed the maintenance! Could not be happier.

We called the out this past Sunday night because our A/C unit would not stay on. The technician Kailey came out and found our condensate line was not draining and it was causing the outside unit to shut off. We cleaned it out and everything seemed to be fine. Monday morning everything was fine, seemed to be working, we left for knee surgery I was having around 6:45am. We arrived home after my surgery around 4pm, it was hot in the house and we found out unit froze up. We found the condensate to be not draining or even overflowing as I left the alarm plug off just as a precaution. My GF called Air Engineers back, they said she would come back out between 6-8pm. (Day before July 4) Earlier if they could as I had just gotten home from surgery. In the mean time I took the cover off and turned the A/C breaker off so the unit could defrost, I cut the condensate line off and ran a temporary one out the front. Once it was completely defrosted I sucked the water out the pan and I put the cover and insulation back on and turned it back on and it seemed to be okay but not blowing much. Kailey arrived and my GF walked her through what she did. Kailey checked the filter and found it was extremely dirty for only being in there two weeks and that the condensation coming out now was a lot. She suspected we had more than just the condensate issue going on and wanted to check the duck work in the attic. Florida is really hot right now and attics are well above the outside temp. She was able to find a duct that was broke off in the attic, right were comcast had to drop a new line down the wall to our main box. She took a picture and come down and showed us. She climbed back up and temporarily patched it until we could call the office on Wednesday morning and schedule the complete repair and duct cleaning. She was really good, professional and did a great job on finding our issues as we had two of them. I am a plumber and sometimes you have to deduct items off to find your problem, especially when there is multiple. She has a positive attitude and she really talked through her steps to figure out our problem, which I love seeing in trades techs. We will recommend Air Engineers for all your HVAC need. The office staff were so pleasant and understanding about my surgery and we will always specifically recommend Kailey. She is very smart and young, great person to have as your long time HVAC Tech and go to person.
