Old unit finally quit working. They offered a competitive price and having previous unit installed by them expected same high quality installation. The install team exceeded my expectations. Old unit gone and new unit installed in less than 4 hours. This included new copper and PVC piping. Only downside was did not provide users manual for new thermostat. Though this was easy to find on line. Overall I highly recommend to others.

Josh and Matt did a great job yesterday servicing both of my HVAC units. They were on time, extremely professional, and knowledgeable.

Jessup and Matt just left. We had an air handler problem. They called before arriving to give an ETA, they were both very polite and courteous and professional. They diagnosed a loose wiring problem in 15 minutes. Everything was tightened up in less than 30 minutes and they were on their way to the next appointment.

My service tech Josh, #726, was great. He was courteous and professional. He did a great job in servicing my HVAC system and he took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer all my questions.

We had Brandon (720) and Kim (531) come out to troubleshoot and repair our AC. On a Saturday, they were early and found the problem and fixed within 2 hours. Great work and professional.

The technician kel #714 was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the heating and air conditioning system. Kel and Juraj worked very diligently with the maintenance of my system. They let me know my hot water heater needed to be replaced. Kel noticed I needed a UV LIGHT and surge light, which he came back and put them in. I feel he went way beyond his duties to install them. Kel explained everything he was doing and why. I would like to say he is a hard worker, knowledgeable about his job and he has great people skills. Kel is a keeper for your company. It was a pleasure having him as a maintenance technician.

The crew from Air Engineers did an excellent job of removing and replacing our old HVAC system and hot water heater. Everyone involved, technicians, installers, sales/customer support were top-notch. Anthony, Daniel, Fikret, Hector, Kaley, Luke and Wally deserve special recognition for their superior work. We highly recommend this company.

Kel was our service expert in looking at both our units today. He always does a fantastic job, pays attention to detail and always willing to j go on the extra mile. We are an Advantage as he customer of theirs and very pleased with their service. Would recommend them and Kel very highly!

Questionable company... They do semi annual visits as part of the membership. I swear they try to mess things up more than actually fix them. They just want to sell you a new HVAC system rather than properly servicing what you have. They do not service or clean your unit.. just tell you it's dirty. We did not renew our service with them. They come out in a pair, one of them is dressed up nice, trying to sell you on their services. I honestly can't be bothered to deal with the sales pitch. He straight up laughed at my girlfriend over the phone when discussing her HVAC unit implying her frustration was a joke.. top it all off I went out there today after they left and they didn't even screw the front panels back in and. I can't find what they did with the screws.
