The annual service plan is worth every penny. Mr. Walkens was very knowledgeable. His service was very thorough. He made sure all components of my unit were working at its optimum efficiency. This is the kind of service people should expect from a prestigious company. Thanks again!
Annual service agreement is worth every penny. The company does a great job of reaching out/following up to schedule regular system check ups (every 6 mos), and anytime we’ve needed a part replaced, it has been affordable and the tech has had the part in their truck. Super convenient and great service!
Arrived earlier than anticipated found the issue immediately and we now have air. Only ac company to call. Very pleased and highly suggest u call them FIRST! No crazy pressure sales etc. #+ company in the business as far as I'm concerned!
Had Jenkins company come out to service my AC units and install outside unit brackets today. Keith W. was my technician and he was awesome. Great guy, great service, and great conversations. HIGHLY recommend using Jenkins for any AC related issues or checkups! Thanks for the help!
Jenkins replaced our whole interior heating and cooling unit on 10/11/22, the service tech that diagnosed and fixed the problem was fine, no problems there. Service tech told us the office would email us the warranty information. On 10/13/22, I sent an email asking when I could expect the warranty info to be emailed to us. No reply. Sent another email on 12/14/22 to see if warranty ready to be emailed. No reply to email but I did talk to Anita and she explained that they (Jenkins) had 90 days to complete warranty information and it would be emailed to me once they did that. 90 days has passed and no warranty info has been emailed to me. Called office on 2/1/23 asking for update. Anita said she would check with Amanda and call me back the next day. I did not receive a call back. Called again 2/7/23 and Anita said the same thing, that she would check with Amanda. I explained that I had emailed and called multiple times asking for this and her reply was that the email I used was a big pool of emails. We would never use this company again.

Great customer support from the technician Keith. Took care of the maintenance and installed a UV light in the unit. On a side note Keith is very personable. Awesome job Keith!
