United Rentals - Power & HVAC

The United Rentals team has been very cohesive. I called with a special need and the front line recognized it and sent me to the correct people. Our local rep for that need was knowledgeable and prepared. The scheduler was in touch early to confirm delivery location and time. The delivery of the equipment was on time and accurate.

The Air Conditioner went out in our shop, So I wanted to figure out a way to make it cooler until the new A/C units came in. I went to United Rental and Noelle helped our shop get 2 temporary units the next day. Noelle and Fred came over with the units, set everything up, showed how to use them. I will only use United if I am in a need again, they are great!!!!

The project had multiple scheduling delays, however, that did not affect United Rentals. Dave Pierson worked with us and made sure we had everything we needed and in a timely manner.

Five stars? I think not! No service for trucks left waiting outside the gate to deliver a load of equipment. Left waiting for 2 hrs blocking half the roadway that wasn’t very wide & it finally only took 15 minutes to unload. No respect for truck drivers who aren’t paid by the hour & E-logbook is counting down. No other trucks were waiting to unload, they weren’t busy, we watched them from the truck, unmotivated & lazy yard staff. Hopefully in the future they have more consideration for the truck drivers who drove a day & a half to deliver product they need.

Excellent company, recently purchased a generator, worked with Crystal Graybeal and Shawn Taylor and they are both really good people and great to work with, highly recommend

We have been coming back to this place for years, For Training and equipment Rental.
Guys @ this location are nice and professional with service and cleanliness of equipment every time we lease it..
