Jenkins Heating & Air

I had an airflow issue with the A/C in my new house providing enough cooling air to my bedroom. The Jenkins tech checked out my system as well as the amount of airflow to my bedroom. He was able to increase the output of air from the air handler and maximize the air output from my vents. I now have a much greater air flow than before and am completely satisfied with his efforts. He described everything he was doing and why. He was very professional and willing to address and respond to all of my questions.
I also appreciate that he had temporary shoe coverings that he put on before entering my house. That was a nice added feature to their services and something not every A/C Heating company offers.

The most trust worthy company I have seen in years. If you want a friendly and honest company to fix your A/C, then these are your people. No BS just the truth. The tech that helped with both my units was extremely professional and was willing to show me every step so I could better understand the issue.

Fast response time (same day) and they were able to repair my outside unit the same day, Highly recommend!

I wanted to give praise and acknowledgement to Tim Danson for balancing out our AC system and increasing our fan speed to try to get our temperatures balanced. he was a pleasure to speak with and he is so knowledgeable. thank you for all you did. we appreciate it. This was my first time using Jenkins heating and Air. I compared them to other companies in the area for a New A/C . I wanted the price to be competitive and didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't need. Mr. Jenkins came to our home and explained all our options. He never tried to sell us more than we needed and gave us a fair estimate so we hired them to install our new Carrier Unit. Adam who installed our new unit was very professional and punctual. I had a lot of questions as he worked due to the fact I want the job done right. He exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and taking the time to explain why and how he was performing the service was exceptional.
All of this while training his helper James who told me he has Autism. Don't let that fool you, because the young man has a mind of a genius. Jenkins is giving him the opportunity to put those talents to use which impressed me

Moved into a house to find the HVAC was out. Called for service and they were able to be here that morning. Michael B was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable!

Tim did an amazing job cleaning and explaining the system. Very courteous and arrived on time. Cleaned up before he left. Will definitely call them next time to do our Fall service

I have had Jenkins AC install a mini split unit as well as air scrubbers and sterilizers. They also do all the routine maintenance at my home. They are very responsive and take pride in doing a great job. You will be pleased with is their work!

The entire team at Jenkins is friendly, prompt, and highly professional. They have flexed their schedule to accommodate my last minute urgent needs. I changed to Jenkins due to dishonest repair companies. I have found Jenkins to be very factual and helpful in terms of most logical approach for any maintenance and repairs. My air conditioner stopped working so I called Jenkins Heating and Air. They answered right away and had someone arrive at my house same day. They were able diagnose and solve the issue quickly. The service was great and they had my A/C back up and running the same day.
