Best and Friendliest service I have ever received. I scheduled maintenance and Greg called me to check and make sure my air was working and it was just maintenance. How caring. Greg came out, sent me a text he was on his way, super friendly, explained everything he was doing, made recommendations to keep my air at top performance, and gave me a great price. I will recommend Freedom to everyone and not use anyone else. Excellent job Freedom and thank you Greg for being so awesome!

Freedom Cooling did an impressive job on a full indoor/outdoor AC replacement. The entire process was professional, they were on-time and kept us up to date with where the process was throughout the day. Additionally, they took our home needs into account to install the system around us while they were here. The replacement unit was affordably priced compared to big name AC companies. Highly recommend and we will use them for all our AC work from here on out!

I’m a disabled vet on a fixed income with a lot of sudden home expenses the last couple months. When my AC went out during this heat wave, right at the start of 4th of July weekend, I was PANICKED to say the least!
I know less than a handful of people here and made a desperate plea online for someone who wouldn’t charge an insane holiday rate but I didn’t actually expect anyone to be able to come out til at least Wednesday. But Greg from Freedom Cooling Company responded that night and came to the rescue the next day just like he said he would! 🙏🏻
He knew exactly what needed done, had the part on the truck ready to go, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips about the system.

My AC went out in one of my homes. I called out a couple of companies to service, and both tried to convince me to get a unit for over 7k. I called Freedom on a whim, they came out and fixed the problem. Cold air again. Great service— and most importantly, they are HONEST! Highly recommend!

Greg and the team handled an ongoing problem I had with my heat pump freezing up.

I had another air conditioning service company in Jacksonville come out and they immediately suggested replacement instead of showing any interest in repairing the system.

I cant thank Greg enough for keeping an otherwise good AC system running for a few more summers with just a simple part upgrade.

I called this company for a second opinion on my spring service. I’ve been using Air Engineers for years and they came out Friday and told me I had a bad coil and my Freon wad 5 lbs low and I had a leak. They told me that they couldn’t just put in Freon without doing the leak check. The leak check was $501. To fix everything was $2,800. The service man did not give me any paperwork on what he did, he didn’t even give me his name. He kept trying to sell me a service plan where they would put in a new unit for $200. a month for 10 years. That’s $24,000.!!! Freedom Cooling found nothing wrong with my unit. It only cost me $79. for service call. If you have an A/C problem please call this company they are an honest company.

I love these guys. Small but committed to outstanding service and so much better than the many bigger companies that always put profit first. Greg and Adam are straight shooters and provide honest value and really good level of experience.
they even knew why my 2 year-old AC at my near-beach home was looking so shabby and salt-worn compared to its predecessor: well, most companies, even the better ones, are using thinner metal and cheaper paint finishes. Sad right? Well, the decline of quality, thankfully, has a welcome counterpoint in Freedom Cooling where quality counts.
