Jenkins’ cost of services is higher than average but with less than average quality of work and service. Case in point, Jenkins came to my house for a routine semi annual A/C maintenance check during which they discovered an A/C leak. Instead of determining source of leak at that time, I was told I had to arrange for another visit to determine the source of the leak for an additional cost of $200. I had Jenkins come in the next day, at which point the technician was able to pinpoint the leak 15 minutes after his arrival. A day later, Jenkins provided me a $3200 estimate to fix the leak. I told Jenkins that I had spoken to a friend of mine in the A/C business who said their estimate was about $1000 too high. Jenkins told me they would have someone call me to review the estimate, but I never heard back. A few days later, I contacted AC Designs Inc, who performed the repair in outstanding fashion for $2200.
I came home on a Saturday to find my AC wasn't working. A simple call and Keith was at my door in less than an hour. On a Saturday! Excellent job and terrific guy. Had us up running in no time. What a pleasant surprise!

Keith W. came out for routine maintenance and found we needed a new capacitor. We have a contract with Jenkins so have the units checked, cleaned, and get new boxes of filters every six months. Keith was great! He listened to my concerns and addressed the problem on the spot. Pleasure to work with. It’s reassuring to have this company and great technician available to help when needed. Highly recommend.
Jenkins was very quick and courteous. Their technician was polite, explained things to me and double-checked all possible issues. He wore shoe coverings in my house, which was extremely considerate. I trust the repairs will be handled with equal skill, courtesy and professionalism.
The tech botched the install of the thermostat. No follow-up from the company to apologize and to refund part of the install cost. No response period, which is purely cowardice on their part. Terrible customer service and will not use again because of this. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company deals with it that makes the difference and this company failed on all levels in that regard.
