When your AC goes out on Memorial Day heading into the heat of the summer these are the guys to call. We had both our upstairs and downstairs units go out and Mr. Jenkins came out and did the estimate. After receiving an estimate of the work his crew was at my house the very next day and by early afternoon both units were replaced and we were cool and very happy.
Their crews were very professional and obviously love the company they work for which as a service executive means a lot to me. People that love the company they work for is a good characteristic for a company.

I would like to thank Mike Jenkins and his team of AC professionals for getting us back into the cool. If they would not have pulled this off we would have been in a hotel until we had air.

Great job by the technician Keith Williamson, he texted me to let me know he was on his way with a picture so I could identify him. Keith showed up with booties and a mask on looking very professional.

I purchased the unit when we bought the house and this company had installed it; the motor for the fan was not working and I needed the system serviced. Kieth went thru everything he was going to do before he started and asked if I had questions. Once he heard the motor he informed me of the issue and let me know he had one on the truck. He worked with his office and got me a price for the replacement before starting.

My system had mold from previous years and Keith explained how the Biocide treatment worked and I was pleased he cleaned everything out and treated the system for us. Having allergies this was very important.

I would highly recommend this company but I will also ask for Keith to come service my system his knowledge was helpful and appreciated how he took care of my family.

My experience with Jenkins Hearing & Air is that they have always been on schedule and are professional. They come out every six months to look over the system and it’s relatively cheap to pay a small monthly fee for this type of service. They spend an hour or two every six months working and fixing issues before anything major arises (repairs are covered). I cannot think of anything negative to say. Even the customer service area is friendly and helpful. They seem to care and understand how important it is to have your ac unit working properly. I would highly recommended them.

Great customer service! Called Jenkins after getting a rediculous quote from another company who also tried to say our unit was out of warranty when we actually still had 3 months. Called Jenkins and they not only verified the our unit WAS still in warranty they also cost half and got it fixed within 3 hours of calling them!! The owner and his daughter both called to speak with me personally to make sure we were getting the best price and service!! The technician, Rick, was fast, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this company!!!! Thank you Jenkins and thank you Rick!!

The technicians were on-time, professional, and courteous. They explained what needed to be done and it only took them maybe 10-15 min. Any interaction I’ve had with their office has been great and they do a great job at giving you updates and letting you know when the technician is actually on their way. Great service.
