I had Jenkins Heating & Air come out to service our two A/C units. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered my many questions. Jenkins came to my rescue immediately. My air stopped working in the heat of summer and Jenkins had someone to my house that same day! I had to replace my whole unit but Jenkins made it easy! Their technician came out and replaced my unit in under five hours and left my house spotless. It was a great experience and I will be definitely using them for all future needs!

Best A/C guys EVER!! I called and left a message at 7:15 am on a Monday, they called me back at 8:15, and the technician was ringing my door bell at 9:15am. To make matters even better he quickly diagnosed, replaced the defunct capacitor and my house was cooling by 9:45... all for an astonishingly reasonable price! I signed up for their maintenance plan, and got 10% Off too!! Won’t call anyone else EVER!!

Got home at 5:30PM the other evening to find the AC had decided to take a break from working. Made a call to Jenkins Heting and Air. They contacted Tim who was on call and by 6:30 he was at the home to diagnose and try to resolve. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix that evening, however came back the following morning, and within a few hours, we were back in business. He took the time to trouble shoot the entire system, make recommendations and find a cost effective resolve to the issue. He quoted a price which was more than fair, and I couldn't be happier with them. Tim is an outstanding tech for their company, and I am grateful for the resolve in less than a 24 hour period. I had called other companies the first evening and was told the best that could be done was 5-6 days later for a tech to be dispatched - not acceptable. Great job Tim, and Jenkins Heating and Air! You can count on us using you for the semi-annual cleaning and upkeep.

My NEST stopped working and nothing would fix the problem. I called and Jimmy was at my house in less than an hour. Not only did he fixed the problem, but he took the time to educate me about my AC unit. Jimmy also showed me how to conduct month maintenance. Thanks a lot Jimmy for taking the extra time.

I was desperate for a whole new AC installed ASAP. Mike Jenkins came out to give me a quote right after I called mid-morning on a Friday, and by 1pm he had parts ordered and a technician scheduled to install everything for me at 8am on Saturday of a holiday weekend! Everything was done well and was reasonably priced. A total lifesaver!

Professional, polite, and knowledgeable-fair price

Jenkins Heating and Air has always been very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Once the appointment is made they are punctual and provide great service. Garrett is my service man and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He has good communication before an appointment and is very flexible. I would recommend Jenkins Heating and air for your service needs.

When I came home today I noticed that it was very warm in my townhouse. The thermostat said it was 83°. So I knew something was wrong. I called Jenkins and they were actually able to dispatch somebody within 30 minutes. The technician came shortly after, and knew exactly what was wrong. Luckily it was under warranty. So it wasn’t that much. Can’t think Jenkins enough great company very professional and extremely responsive.

Gary was our technician and he was wonderful. Was able to inspect our system quickly and thoroughly. Immediately able to determine the issue and fixed on the spot. Glad I was assigned Gary and any other issues I have I will request him again.
