lm sure your service quality is as bad as your driving skills. Because of your reckless driving skills, today at 4PM June 29, 2023 by the 333 exit, almost whole family could have died if I would not react promtly and moved my car to the shoulder in highway! Shame on you! What you have gained? 30 seconds by cutting me with no turn signal and literally forcing me to stop my car to die or to move my car to the left shoulder which saved our lives? Your 30 seconds could have cause death of 5 people! I hope this message will reach you well dear driver and teach you to be considerate to others and finally learn how to drive. We heard loud noises coming from outside unit and the home wasn’t cooling as it previously did, so I called Chiller Medic since their install info was on the unit, and spoke to the lady in the office. She was helpful, looked up the warranty info and said it was likely a compressor issue. She scheduled someone for that afternoon, so I took off work and waited. The technician was two hours late and no call to advise they would be. He came in and stated he was the one that installed it originally and that he told the prior owner that a damper needed to be fixed in the attic. He said that nothing else was wrong with the unit and said it will not cause any issues to not fix it. He didn’t even look at the outside unit, although I again told him that it had been making noise. He collected my service call fee and left. Two weeks later my outside unit stopped working. I called the after hours line and left a voicemail asking for service asap. No call back at all. I ended up having to call another company out, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. It was within the outside unit! This company is a scam. Do not use! Took my money, did no work, and left me high and dry when it finally broke.

You could not ask for any better service, I called when I noticed my AC was not cooling at 2:00 p.m. I was placed on the schedule and the tech arrived 35-40 minutes later.​Thank you Chiller medic for the fast service!​

We were having $500 JEA bills after our landlord replaced a broken AC unit. After having his guy come out only to say nothing was wrong with it, my roommate and I had Greg from Chiller Medic come out to look at it. He saw that it was pulling more electricity than it should have and fixed what was broken with the system. He even waited for us to get our landlord on the phone to confirm the repair. Very patient and professional. I would highly recommend.

I called to have mv HVAC looked at. I was concerned there could maybe be an issue, even though it's been so hot lately. Within an hour, DJ, the tech was sent to our house. He worked tirelessly to try and solve our issue, but ultimately determined everything is functioning as expected.

DJ was patient, did a wonderful job answering my questions and educating me, and was one of the most professional people I've ever had the fortune to work with.

I will never contact any other company.

Very nice salesperson. Not pushy but knowledgeable. Install crew was much more professional than other companies we have worked with. New AC was installed in 3 hours with no damage to the house or yard. I would recommend this company.

AC quit working after hours and gave them a call. Chiller Medic was super responsive and came out within a hour and had us up and running shortly after. The technician DJ was very informative and let us know the part was still under warranty. Very progressional and great service! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Having an off-brand system, getting parts can be difficult and time consuming. They got me up and running anyway while awaiting parts. Fair, conscientious, understanding crew that goes the extra mile.

Best air conditioner installing company I’ve ever had...... really quick install and the guy Mr. lamp is incredibly muscular and just does his job with such passion!!!!!!!!!! All around great company and great man
