United Air Temp

This company does not value service or clients - I was forced to use United Air Temp through a Home Warranty, not once but twice and the issue is still not resolved. I have been without a properly functioning air conditioner for 3 weeks in the peak of summer as a result of their lack of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. It’s evident, both in my experience and after reading the reviews, that they are using the home warranty company to collect a check from and not execute any real service. I really hope that no one else if forced to use this company.

Shoddy workmanship. Brand new unit had to be repaired 3 times.

The guys at United Air Temp of Georgia are top notch, professional and they genuinely care by ensuring that you are satisfied with their service. Justin, out of the Norcross, Ga. location was the technician that came out to my address today because my AC unit was not cooling. There was initially a communication problem between United Air Temp and my home warranty company, as to what would be covered for this visit, but because of Justin's patience, professionalism & knowledge of the situation, he communicated with the home warranty company through me and we were able to resolve the problem to me and my family's satisfaction. Something that he did not have to do. Justin went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to Justin and the team at United Air Temp of Georgia, we won't have to worry about experiencing "Hotlanta" while being indoors the summer. Thanks again United Air Temp.

No one could give me straight answer except one person nice lady at end tried get hold of supervisor to advise them this was rush put on the ticket but i never got call back next day supervisor sent someone on saturday but first person came didnt have r22 with him first time or second time. took 3 trips before they could repair and i got charged for service on top of what AHS was paying too..

The 'fixed' AC lasted 2 days before it quit running again.
