David has installed new AC system at our property last year. He provided great quality service. Yesterday when we called him for service, he answered our call very first time, was available for service at the first available time slot and has resolved our issue. He is very responsive and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable service.

David is so friendly. He responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. He is sensitive to budget concerns when discussing what to do and I trust that he'll keep my unit in good condition as long as possible. His prices are competitive. I've found my HVAC guy and I would recommend him to anyone!

Background: My system was previously serviced by a company is contracted by the developer of my community. Plenty was not done wrong during the initial installation causing me to suffer from drain leaks, poor cooling efficiency, and loud noise.

I called Baron's and was immediately connected. Mr Barron talked to me directly and we went over the issues we were having with our heat. We arranged a service call. I was notified when they were on the way and were prompt to the appointment time. Once the initial assessment was complete, Mr. Barron went over the solution. He mentioned that routine maintenance would have prevented the heating issue and that if we went over the benefits to an annual maintenance plan that would cover both our HVAC and heating. He was very good in answering my questions and going over all of the plan benefits. We happily went ahead and went with his recommendations.

Absolutely wonderful service. Called at 3pm had a complete new a/c unit blowing cold at 11pm. David and Mark worked until it was done. I can't say enough good things about these guys. This is my 3rd time using them and each time they get better. Great job guys.
