United Air Temp

A UA worker was in my home today doing annual maintenance, dryer cleaning and hot water heater maintenance. His name was Drew and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with the work he did.

Justin was key to our exceptional service with United Air Temp. We ended up with 5 service visits to handle a very complex problem at our residence. It wasn’t until Justin took charge of our problem that we had success. He stuck with the problem and applied strong critical thinking and worked with other vendors to solve the mystery. He is always courteous, accessible, prompt and talented in his work. The office was easy to work with to schedule appointments. Highly recommend you ask for Justin if you use United for your heating and air needs. We have a contract with them.

The Technician from UNITED AIR TEMP OF GEORGIA (Diego) was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue very quickly. He was on time and kept me up to date regarding his ETA prior to his arrival at my property. My experience with them was great and would highly recommend.

Referred through AHS. Had 2 techs visit to repair job botched from a previous vendor. Both techs were friendly and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up their mess when they finished, and thanked me for my business. I would definitely recommend and I will use them for future needs

Overpriced Air Conditioner. I wanted to change my mind on getting the system, but was told I would be charged thousands of dollars for cancelling. After looking into the same systems, I was over charged by thousand of dollars. Rip OFF!! When A/C system was installed, there was no place to put the filter. They had to come back out to lift the entire unit and place in an additional rack. Looks awful.

Justin arrived on time, his knowledge and skills got the job done. I am a very satisfied customer.

Great company to work with. They contacted me in advance of arriving as they said they would. The Tech Diego was pleasant, took care of the issue I was having after explaining what he found, and finished in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend!

American Home shield sent them to fix my AC last summer. They had to install a new unit. It took them several months to solve all the issues upstairs and downstairs. After lack of communication among themselves, a very cold winter, my frustration, and my complaints, Diego Miletti, and his manager, Zach Moore, showed up at my house one day, and finally resolved everything. If you have to use this company, ask directly for Diego Miletti or Zach Moore. Both are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and responsible!

Justin was a life saver! We had been living in a sauna in our new home for a month or so and he came out and fixed our HVAC, cleaned it and put new Freon in! Thanks again Justin! From Alexis and Cassidy
