Our UAT tech did great w/the normal HVAC check. But we also had asked for a dryer venting cleaning. He was certainly willing, but had not been properly trained nor did he have the tools or equipment necessary to replace the venting after cleaning. Fortunately our dryer is in our basement, so the "make do" appearance only bothers me & no one else. If UAT is going to offer this service, the company needs to provide the training & equipment & tools their techs need to accomplish the job!

Great company! Very professional and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate their 20 min call ahead policy. They give you a block of time but call you 30 min before they are headed your way.

United Air Temp has has serviced our home for over 7 years. We have two HVAC units and an old furnace in our 1950’s renovated home. The whole set up is challenging but UAT always suggests various ways we can improve performance. We have their service plan to give us peace of mind. Some years, the annual cost of the plan comes out to be more like a pre-payment on the cost of labor but recently, it definitely saved us hundreds of dollars. One unit quit cooling & our technician Korbin found that we needed two parts that solved the problem and will lower our energy costs. Plus, the labor was covered. Win/win! I’d recommend UAT for their professionalism & HVAC skills.

Charly was very professional and cordial in the repair of my AC System. Not only did he repair the AC when he entered the home he asked permission to enter and asked permission to access the other floors that were required access to repair the HVAC. Furthermore without hesitation before entitling my residence he used the blue shoe coverings to maintain floor and carpet cleanliness. Charly was very knowledgeable and explained all his work and what the malfunction was with the system as he repaired it. Highly recommend Charly as the service tech for UNITED AIR TEMP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I paid for maintenance and only received a list of where I could spend more money. They were supposed to do x, y, and z and they did none of that. I think their training program has a lot of room for improvement. They are coming back to correct their mistake but simple preventative maintenance shouldn’t be this difficult.

Our technician seemed to do an excellent job today other than I was pressured to have him install a filter that was at least $60 more expensive via United Air VS Amazon and he asked me twice. After the second request to allow him to "grab one off the truck," I consented to let him do so despite already giving him a gratuity for his work at the house. I found one on Amazon and called him back if this one on the internet was the correct size and he verified that it was but that I had NO more in the basement. I had at least 5 more in the basement that I found today, so I regret letting him make his commission on this item. I felt hustled and feel that United Air should compensate for this overpayment and over selling.
