The technician was very capable and went out of his way to do a job that other UAT technicians said they could not — namely, to clean out my dryer vent. Very happy with the service he provided with both HVAC maintenance and dryer vent cleaning.

Plumber Zak gave heads-up calls, showed up wearing mask (appreciated) and fixed the problem. Despite a home insurance snafu, he showed willingness to return and help with another problem once the work order was updated by United Air Temp. Thanks to the dispatcher as well for helping overcome snafu.

My AC stopped working in a day with outside temperature reaching 96 degree. I called United Air Temp and within one hour they dispatched a technician to my home who identified the problem of the AC and performed the repair in less than 2 hours. My family felt elated and relief with the cooling air return to the home, helping us coping with a record heating July day. The timely response to our phone call, the quality of the repair work, and the friendly attitude of the technician were well remembered by all of us in our family. We highly recommend United Air Temp and appreciated a job well done.

Super unorganized. They came out 2 weeks prior for a water heater check and said water heater was fine but a pipe was leaking (which it wasn't it was the expander pipe shooting water due to the building pressure being jacked up) they changed out a pipe to some more cheap plastic stuff, and 2 weeks later my hot water heater with heat pump burst and there was a hole in my tank near the pilot. No responsibility was taken. So my $9k AO Smith lasted 12yrs instead of the average 15-21 yrs. Cost me $5k to replace it. Did not go with them for the work for this reason.

Good response. Tech took a very long time and was on his cellphone much of the time. He completed the job and was pleasant, but just on his phone for most of the 2+ hours he was here

On Christmas Eve, after a very heavy rainfall, our sump pump went out and the basement flooded. UAT came as quickly as possible and within 4 hours they replaced the pump and fixed our problem.

Very professional, quickly determined the issue and made the repair. Excellent communication with me explaining what the problem was and the plan to resolve the problem.

Service person was great. Fixed AC quickly and assured me it would continue to work.

The "services not listed" were removing my old hot water heater and replacing it with a tankless hot water heater and maintaining and repairing my plumbing system. Our family has employed United Air Temp for our heating, cooling, and plumbing, for almost 30 years. They do good work and are very responsive. In order to ensure the repair person arrives when expected, it's best to request a "first call" appointment.
