Two days before the upcoming article front hit, our furnace stopped working on our top floor. I tried troubleshooting myself once I got home from work, and ended up calling around for emergency 24 hour service. United Air Temp came through huge! Their scheduler, Mike, was very helpful and seemed eager to help us get our furnace fixed. Then the technician, Osama, was awesome. After talking to Mike, it didn’t take long for Osama to call to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he diagnosed the problem, which was a bad igniter, and had the part on hand to fix it quickly. He also provided advice on other attention areas and options, and included that in his notes of the digital receipt so I could show our landlady. Osama was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He was also very respectful of our house as as soon as he walked in, he put on shoe covers so he didn’t track in any dirt from outside. Highly recommend United Air Temp of Virginia!

We’ve used United Air Temp for years for A/C and heating system maintenance. We recently had an expensive part fail on our heater and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was covered. Our tech (Stephen) diagnosed and replaced it quickly and we could not be more pleased. The unit is getting up there in age, so when the time comes we’ll definitely look to UAT for a replacement.

Technician seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant. He checked both inside and outside units. A/C is operating without any issues.

Jeremiah explained clearly the problem we had with our heat pump and worked into the evening to fix it. He established a good raptor with us.

Our technician Jeremiah was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our furnace and heating was working properly. He was so professional and easy to work with and very responsive!
