Frost Brothers Heating & Air

I’ve had Frost Brothers install a HVAC system in a 1905 farm house and replace old systems in my Dallas home. In both cases they did outstanding work. Everyone I have dealt with in the office and on the crews are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been in the customer service side of business and it is extremely rare to fine a company with customer service standards at the level Frost operates. We had a great install and had a question on our thermostat that was handled the same day. It has been a very long time since we’ve had this level of customer service and can’t thank them enough. Just thought I would share!

Robert was very respectful and was very helpful. He and his team of guys were efficient and courteous ; I appreciated the prompt replies and quick scheduling of service repair.

Had air conditioning stop working on a Sunday afternoon, during a 100 degree plus day. I had called 5 other AC companies all with the same answer, not today. Upon calling Frost, they were able to get a tech out to the house in under two hours. Service Tech was extremely polite, safe and helpful. He had us up and running within an hour. My service will now always be done by Frost Brothers, can't say enough good things about them.

Nothing but the best service from Frost Brothers!! Ashley is quite personable and efficient. Scheduling that meets our needs has never a problem. Aaron called before arrival, was polite, thorough, took proper care to keep our home clean and serviced all 3 of our AC units. We have been satisfied customers for nearly five years and have never been disappointed! Thank you!!

Couldn't be more pleased with Frost Brothers and Aaron. He showed up at the agreed upon time and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the system and completed the preventive maintenance in a timely manner. His recommendations were accurate to what I had already known to be true, yet there was no pressure to have the work completed immediately, like I have experienced with other contractors. The price that I paid was extremely reasonable for the level of performance and scope of work. I will definitely be using Frost Brothers for all of my future HVAC needs.

Everyone at this company is wonderful!!! Have been doing business with them for seven years. Very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy to have found them when I had to switch companies. Just stayed home from work while they replaced my downstairs A/C and furnace system and the guys doing the work were very efficient and super friendly and informed me all along the process. I've used Frost to replace both inside units and one outside unit. Excellent work! Their team is repectful, prompt, clean and hard working. Ron is a quality individual who really knows his trade and cares about doing a great job. They completely re worked our duct system and optimized air flow on top of replacing the units. Their prices are fair and competitive. I had another company come in for a bid and even they said " wow, that is good work". We went back to Ron for the second part of the job. I'd recommend Frost to anyone who needs AC-Heat service.

Service second to no other, service personnel were the best. Installed two entire systems in two days, workmanship was beyond expectations. Would recommend this company with complete confidence.
