Our need for costly labor repairs or a new unit was unexpected since we have only lived in our brand new custom home for 18 months. The team at Frost were so helpful in weighing the options. Selvin was super nice and took photos to help us understand the issues with the AC installed by builder’s contractor. Once we decided the new unit was the best choice, Selvin set a crew up to come out next day. Alex, Johnny, and Chris were professional. We received a brief overview of the thermostat and their word that they would help with any issues that may arise. I trust them at this word as they have not failed to deliver quality at a reasonable price in over 10 years we have been doing business with them. From our old home to our new- we chose Frost AC.

Alex, Chris, Johnny and Robert replaced our 2 furnaces and 2 AC units after they were damaged in a lightning strike. They worked all day on a Saturday to ensure we had a working air conditioning system again! They were friendly and really hard workers!

This is a great company, and the owner is the best! Not only have they taken great care of me and my kid's hvac units but recently drove across the metroplex to replace my brother in law's unit. I highly recommend this company! I know that I can count on them!

Alex and his team have installed 2 a/c units, a new furnace, and new duct work. They have great customer service and always show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! AC went out on Sunday morning and house climbed up to 91 degrees. Another company cancelled last minute, but our technician Robert was quick to respond and offered to come by late in the evening to get us serviced.

Despite the late hour, Robert was on top of his game; fixed up our system and offered some great ideas to improve the system without doing a complete overhaul.

We have used Frost for years and they are the only company we trust! Our downstairs unit stopped working late in the afternoon on July 3rd. In a house with 2 adults and 3 kids we were very worried about a July night with no AC. We made one phone call and Frost was there 2 hours sooner than they quoted. Robert, our Frost technician, found the part on July 4th and, while working a holiday and his much deserved day off, had us up and running by 10 am. Cannot overstate how impressed we were with Robert and everyone at Frost! We are customers for life.

Had Robert, Diego, and Chris V come over to repair my downed AC. Robert stayed late to try to fix our system and when he realized more work was necessary, the team communicated well before arrival the next day. While on site Diego and Chris kept me up to speed at all times, saw the problem through to complete resolution, and were very respectful. Great job all the way around!
