I called today because my heat was not working after the winter storm. I found this company on the BBB.org website and they have an A+ rating! I appreciate that the receptionist asked if I had checked my circuit breaker first, as this is a common quick fix and could prevent me from having to use their service and pay the $79 service fee. The receptionist's honesty truly displayed the integrity of this company. After I had told her that I had already checked and this was not the problem, she quickly put me on the schedule for a service appointment THIS afternoon. I was quite impressed! I had called several AC and heating companies prior and this was the FIRST one where I actually spoke to a live person, who offered me same-day service. I also received a call stating a technician would be arriving to my home within 20 minutes of the appointment time. The technician, Shawn or Sean, came on time. I appreciate him for wearing a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers to protect my carpets. He quickly solved the problem and found that my furnace door was open and the on switch had been turned off. He turned my furnace switch to on and shut my furnace door and my heat was back on! I was only charged the $79 service charge. I appreciate this company's professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and integrity! I will DEFINITELY use them in the future for all my AC/heating needs!

06/15/22 update - Frost Brothers came out and tuned up one of our A/C units, now it is working as good as ever in the Texas heat. On time, professional, knowledgeable - we continue to use them exclusively for all of our HVAC needs and they are always great to work with. Shaun and the team from Frost Brothers have been excellent to work with. We have used them for several years. They have installed multiple AC units for us and insulated our garage attic space. Quotes have always been good, they give on target advice vs trying to upsell, and work has always been great quality. We would not use anyone else.

Very prompt company. Was out to inspect my a/c within the hr and the replacement went very smooth. High efficiency company that’s strives to provide excellent customer service. Have used them multiple times and refer anyone I know with hvac issues to them.

I can’t say enough great things about Shawn. He quickly responded within a couple of hours when my AC went out in the heat of the summer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving. He was patient and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. He came prepared and had the correct part to fix my AC right then. The price was so reasonable and I’m truly grateful how quickly I was taken care so my family didn’t have to suffer. Extremely satisfied with the installation of our new condenser and coil. Shawn came out to inspect our unit and gave us several options at every price point; from fixing our existing unit, to full replacement and upgrade. I did not feel any pressure to purchase, which I really appreciated. The crew was polite, clean, and efficient. The entire job took about 2.5 hours and we hardly noticed them here.
Overall, very positive experience. Highly recommend.

Frost Brothers came to our rescue in August of 2011 when our home warranty service was unable to send one of their contractors. We were impressed with Frost Brothers from first contact. They were polite, efficient, friendly, and really concerned with giving us the best possible experience. We wound up replacing our coils and condenser and they were well-priced. The technicians put down rugs to protect our floors and wore booties on their shoes. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. Since that installation, we have contracted Frost Brothers for a semi-annual tune-up service and have ALWAYS received the same great service for a great price.
