Frost Brothers Heating & Air

I found myself w/o AC on a Saturday and it was high 90 degrees outside. I called several AC companies including the company I am actually on a maintainance program and nobody returned my calls or answered the phone. That is until Selvin with Frost Brothers answered the phone. He said he could stop by in about 2 hours as he had 2 jobs ahead of mine. He showed up on time, looked into the problem. Gave me a quote. The repair was very expensive and my units were quite old. I had been hearing for a while from the AC company I have a maintainance plan with that it was getting close to time to replace. I decided to replace both units. Selvin and his crew agreed to install the very next day on a Sunday! They were incredibly professional, they installed 2 great units and they now have a new Loyal customer. I am very, very pleased with everything about Frost Brothers from Beginning to End! Thank you and I am enjoying my new Cold AC : ) highly recommend this company! Best experience I have had with AC company in a very long time.

I want to make sure that Robert, Diego and Vincent get recognition because they have been extremely polite, respectful and professional. I would honestly recommend them to anyone personally. They definitely deserve kudos for a job well done and outstanding professionalism!

Been using Frost for several years now. They installed my new air conditioner and furnace. And keep them maintained. Shout out to Robert and Alex.

The Frost AC team just left, Alex, Jhonny and Chris did a great job. I so appreciate them taking the time to put down the drop cloths to make sure they left no trace behind. Frost always has super competitive prices, On-Time service and they always have everything they need to do to the job right the first time.

Heat went out on Saturday and we called Frost Brothers to see if they could come out and diagnose our problem. Robert was to our house within 30 minutes!! He determined what the problem was and what our options were. We decided to replace rather than repair. Robert and 4 other guys arrived to our house Sunday morning and got the job done! EVERYONE was so polite and courteous and Robert spent time with us teaching us how to use our new thermostats and how to set them up so they could be accessed through my phone! I would highly recommend Frost Brothers Heating & Air and Robert Acosta as the Sr Technician!!

I have been extremely pleased with Frost since having them give me an estimate in Jan. 2022. Robert did estimate and was on site when the installation was completed (April). He has come out twice since to check on concerns. He is thorough, professional, and always on time. Highly recommend Frost.

Our air conditioning went out last night and we called Frost Brothers to schedule service. They were here and replaced a part. Robert and Diego were great and explained what they had done and showed me the old part that was replaced. Thank you, Robert and Diego!

Eight years ago we replaced both of our AC/Heating units. The AC and Heat are still working in great shape. Frost Brothers have done an excellent job with bi-annual checkups and minor service.
Today, a crew came out to blow in additional attic insulation. Diego and Chris B worked hard, fast and left clean surroundings. I have high expectations that the added insulation will add to the comfort and value of our home. As expected, great service

A/C went out and my neighbor suggested I call Frost. I got two bids for similar systems. Informed both vendors of the fact that the Master bedroom was always warmer than the rest of the house. Shawn presented a solution the other vendor did not so I selected Frost for the install. Extremely happy with the work, install, and the pricing. I will use Frost A/C from now on for service and maintenance. Great local company, up front and honest. Highly recommend.

Alex replaced my main unit some time ago and just replaced my upstairs unit. His crew did a professional job again. He is very respectful and mindful of providing great service!

Greatness! Robert was on time and diagnosed my problem within minutes. Evidently my breaker has been failing for some time and finally gave out. Thanks to Robert's experience the A/C is running again.
