    These guys were great. I would recommend them to anybody. Very clean work. Installed a brand new air conditioner and heater brand new insulated ductwork and brand new registers in a day. Communication from the lead installer and all the other guys was outstanding. Great experience!!!!

He also answered my questions about operating my newest thermostat. I was extremely pleased with the work he performed. This is the service I expect and receive from Frost Brothers, whom I have used for about five years.

    We've used them for the past 4 years. Always friendly and will call when on their way. They are always quick to address any equipment failures that may have been due to installer error. Accidents happen and they are quick to take care of it. For me that's the hallmark of a good company. Highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

    First, their price for a new HVAC system was less than any other quote. Second, Shawn came back to do a thorough inspection just to make sure the installation was done correctly. Third, Mary & Shawn have coordinated so that Shawn has always been on time for the followup maintenance visits (included in the original system price). Fourth, this company simply does everything they promise. Other companies could take a lesson from them.

    Called Frost Brothers to fix the central AC. Our home is just 5 years old, so needless to say we were pretty annoyed that the new system installed by the builder was not working after a short 5 yr period. Having worked with AC companies at my prior residence up north, I knew the whole "upsell game" and was not looking forward to dealing with that. I am happy to say the upsell game was NOT something Frost Brothers played. These guys were incredible (and I don't use that word lightly). Johnnie - our senior service technician, came to the house at the scheduled time. He asked a few questions, walked around with me, then began an incredibly thorough and comprehensive root cause diagnostic to figure out the exact problem. In this 100+ degree Texas summer heat, Johnnie went from the attic, to the outside units, time and again to nail the problem down. Once he figured out the problem, he showed me the gauge readings, the failed components and explained what was occurring. He then stood with me near our kitchen area and literally called 4 different manufacturers to get as much warranty information as he could for the troubled parts. Instead of trying to push an entirely new system on us, he worked to identify as many warranteed parts as possible in order to save us money. I can't tell you how impressed we were - talk about going above and beyond and building trust with your customers. When you have people come into your home for repairs, you want to feel comfortable with them being there and comfortable with what they are telling you. By the end of our diagnostic visit, I felt like Johnnie was someone I knew from our church or someone that had served in the military with me. Just really a good guy - direct, honest and incredibly knowledgable. Next day our repair work was scheduled, two additional team members came out and did a great repair job. Frost Brothers saved us about $3K! I can't recommend them enough and plan to refer to them whenever someone I know needs help with their AC. Thank you guys for helping us beat the Texas summer heat! You have a customer for life!

    Call Frost Brothers If you want to repair and fix the air-conditioning units, the service was amazing, fast respond, on time, and honesty.     As far as the service is concerned, I will give Frost a good review. Arron, the technician seemed knowledgeable and explained what seems to be the problem and was able to fix it. I feel like where they fell short was honest pricing. Basically, the technician told me upfront that the part (capacitor) that needs to be replaced will cost close to $400 as its really unique, etc. Fix didn’t take long, he went and gotten the capacitor and replaced it in few minutes and everything was up and running.
    Before I paid and closed the chapter, they offered me a 75% discount on the part if I sign up for an annual service plan. Thinking it’s a good deal (silly me). I paid and gotten the receipt. I didn’t know till I Googled the part replaced and found out the real price of the part was only $40. I talked to the manager who admitted part being only $40 but said it’s pretty much industry standard to charge this much and he can’t do anything. He was not willing to reserve any charges or cancel service plan which was sold under false pretense. Charging 10 times the price of the part is shameful to say the least and putting it on industry standard is equally shameful. Who would willingly pay 10 times and be happy with over all service. I don’t want anything for free, but being fair is where you should excel. Think big and long term, good companies’ focuses on making customers for life not just what you can make today.

    I am sure, there are honest companies out there, wish they were little easier to spot.
